I come here every time I visit Scottsdale to buy my husband some clothes. He’s really hard to buy for and he always likes the clothes from here. They offer well made stylish clothing. I have always had excellent service. I highly recommend shopping here!

Very professional about returning what don’t work and keeping what does, even with my slow execution juggling on my part due to my hectic schedule. Bought two shirts from the clearance rack. The clerk messed up the first transaction. Then got it right the 2nd time. Then she called me 5 minutes later to tell me she screwed up. I ask what the difference is and she doesn't really say, just she processed it incorrectly. I get a text saying I owe nearly double. So, I go back to hear her explain why she did it wrong and how she found her error. Then she has to call her boss for instructions on how to process the refund and to charge me correctly.

This isn't the same service I used to receive here. I won't be coming back again. It's easier to go to the Mizzen and Main store in Kierland instead.

Great selection, great customer service. I wear larger sizes and most boutique style shops don’t carry anything in my size, they have lots of choices for me, I love this place. Additionally the people who work there are fabulous!

I have been buying most of my clothes here for several years. My philosophy is buy less items but better quality. My experience has been great I buy mostly Mizzen + Main or 7 Diamonds and they have a great selection. The best part is they helped me build a wardrobe that looks great and is efficient. I’m a guy that needs help with fashion as I don’t have that gene. My friends make fun that I always look nice and dressed up. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you

If you want edgy style, Man Atelier is the place to go!!! They have great customer service, and they can smartly put you together!!!

I would avoid shopping here if you are visiting old town. They have an odd return policy and not a large selection of items. They also only accept returns for store credit only - but then have nothing in store to use it on. One associate says “no problem with returns” when you are buying and another says “no returns only for store credit”.
Don’t shop here or you are at a high risk of losing your money as they do not stand behind their products or policies.

There is another store in Arcadia with a larger selection of the same brands. Shop there, easy shopping and they happily take returns like a normal store.

This place is way overpriced, the same brands are available for less at multiple locations in Scottsdale, they are rude and don’t do returns. That’s because they can’t stay afloat if they allowed customers to return the poor quality stuff they sell. Mediocre business practices.
