I received very good service from Flear &Thomson (Dunfermline) when I went to view and buy a Kia Soul EV. Salesman Jack was very helpful, polite and courteous. He is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process of changing my car easy and stress free. The manager Kevin was also very helpful when Jack was unavailable and I telephoned to ask a few questions. The sales team were extremely helpful throughout. Thank you Jack and Kevin.

We visited Flear and Thomson Dunfermline having viewed some cars online. After about 10 minutes of walking around the cars and seeing the ones we had interest in Salesman Mark MacAskill came over and introduced himself. He was very courteous taking on board our request to be left to look on our own. He came back about 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted to see inside some as we were kinda hovering around the same car. He opened it up and also allowed us a full test drive in our own time.

Once back he met us at the door and very quickly arranged a deal for us based on our deposit limits and budget. It was an offer we jumped at.

His communication in the following days to finalise deal and payments etc was very quick and straightforward.

On day off collection there was no faff either once he met us we were driving away within a matter of minutes happy we had made the right choice.

I have been buying cars from Flear & Thomson now for over 10 years and the process has always been seamless, non-pushy and professional. So much so that I bought a car during lockdown without seeing it - I trusted the salesman on his recommendation (Kevin Bain)!!!
As I said the above, but also shout out to the after sales team/servicing who complete the whole process.
All in all, in my opinion, the best about. Says a lot about a family business, as against a national.

I just picked up a brand new GT-Line S this week from James. This was my first time buying a new car and James made the process seamless and straightforward. James also took the time to go through pricing with me and even look at some of the pre-owned cars on the lot without being pushy. The sales team (Ralph and Kevin) were extremely helpful throughout. I'm a little bit of an anxious person and didn't know what to expect as I hadn't physically seen the car or what it would be like to drive. All the questions I had were answered and the hand over process was really smooth.

I have also had my 2 last cars from Flear and Thomson which have also been fantastic. I have also had all servicing and MOTs carried out in the garage. I don't know much about cars but I feel confident in taking my car there as I've never been made to feel silly or ripped off.
