Stewart made the process of enquiring about a 2018 Ford Focus easy. Simply went out to the Irvine branch on the agreed day to have a look at the car and test drive. Was very happy with it and Stewart guided me through the process of purchasing my first vehicle.

Unfortunately the clutch gave out within 4 days of use but Stewart and the Bridgend staff were being understanding and accommodating with my concerns for this car and offered a warranty extension, while also covering costs for repairs. Car now drives like a dream and I'm very happy with the customer service Bridgend provided in sorting out the damaged clutch. Really felt like Bridgend do care about how they treat their customers.
