Amazing service. Paul Robinson was great, I needed the car transferring to a branch in England and he managed the whole process quickly and efficiently. Any small issues, scratches, paintwork etc were all restored before it was sent, so it is in perfect condition! Highly recommend.

Bought a car for our daughter (Hyundai I10), literally within 10 mins of leaving the showroom we could hear a rattle from the gear lever area, knocking at the rear & a vibration when braking, the wipers also smeared the screen on a car that had just been MOT’d!!!
We have rejected the car however now the backward & forward games start so they can diagnose the faults.
Not the experience we expected.

I’d recommend him from this branch as not only is he proactively happy to answer any further questions, he is also good at explaining the options and additional extras you can choose from when purchasing from Arnold Clark. I’ve had a terrible experience with communication the last two days. My car went in for an MOT and required work. They never contacted me on the day, I called the service myself right before closing to ask for an update, after being placed on hold they then sent me the text with the info on my car. I was told on the phone the work would be carried out the following day which was fine, they said they’d be in touch. Cut to today 5 minutes again until close and no one’s called me, so I called up to be told it would now be ‘maybe’ Monday they carry out the work. I understand delays happen, but the absolute lack of communication has been shocking this time round.

I'd just like to drop a message here saying thanks so much for a cracking service from both Marcello and Scott for the service we received picking up our new Fiat 500e the other week.
