I bought my Tiguan from Chris and Stu sight unseen based on Durdars' online reputation - not something I would do lightly.

It was clear from my research and also how long Durdar has been in business that they were/are very fair and trustworthy.

I arrived into Carlisle the night before collection and even my BnB host (Leanne - Ashleigh House) had bought her last two cars from them!!

I drove the car back to Montenegro where I now live and could not be happier nor could my 4 year old son - he loves it too.

All told I would and potentially will buy another car from Durdar this way without hesitation.

I've left it a while to.leave a review to see.how the car performed.
We purchased a Freelander 2 in excellent condition at great value for money.
The buying experience was unrushed, unpressurised and a pleasant experience compared to some garages I've dealt with in the past. The car developed a fault on day of collection after a 200 mile run, a fault that the garage could not have forseen. All was good on the test drive and I'd done an OBDII check before purchase for any fault codes. Car was accepted back no quibbles and fixed immediately. Since then, we've had a couple.of thousand miles trouble free motoring. Things can and do go wrong with vehicles; after all this was a LR! The issue was handled professionally, in a timely manner with the offer of a courtesy car. As such, I would recommend Chris & his team and would go back for another car from them. Great little.garage supplying value for money no nonsense cars.

Great experience buying - no frills, no nonsense little garage run by a down to earth honest trader. Bought a car at a very good price, as I was travelling a distance Chris was very helpful in picking me up from the train station. Car later developed a minor fault, still in warranty. Absolutely no quibbles from Chris, got the car back down to him and it was fixed without any hassle or argument. No hesitation in recommended this garage.

I bought my car from these guys around 6 months ago Chris the salesman is lovely and will give you a good deal. But you best hope you don’t have any problems with the car you buy. I took my car back four or five times which is quite a trip from where I live and the mechanic still hadn’t fixed the problem by the time the warranty ran out. Good customer service. Below average mechanic.

If only 0 stars was an option. This garage sold me a car not fit for purpose, had 2 independent assesments and still tried to say it was fine. Took it to court and won but now won't pay the debt. Absolute shambles
