We bought a Mitsubishi outlander 6 months ago clean mot 2 new tires. Abs light came on the dash sorted it within 24 hours . I would definitely buy another car from them . Top service, friendly staff. Would recommend 100%

Just had a huge bill for a repair which was meant to be carried out on the MOT when we purchased the vehicle. The car is our 2nd car (for when the wife goes to the office). That the time of the sale we were told that all advisories would be put right but in actual fact the garage who carried out the advisories have just ignored them and cleared the MOT. Dubious indeed and I should have listened to a friend who purchased a car and had nothing but problems. I always like to give a chance to local businesses but I cannot recommend based on what occurred.

I bought my car last year and have had nothing but issues.
The first being that the exhaust broke the day after purchase, and it took 4 days for them to eventually agree to fix it. At the same time, I let them know the brake pads sounded awful, and they needed replacing.
This was however apparently not picked up on the full service and MOT they supposedly carried out the day I collected it. How were worn brake pads not even an advisory on the MOT if they needed replacing less than a week later?
The car was also very creaky, and when I asked if you would look into this, you said the warranty only covers the car if its broken down, so I could bring it in but would have to pay for that.
I have now had my car MOT’d, and I need 2 new tires as they are completely bald, despite hardly doing 7000 miles in a year. The rear brake pads are also completely corroded, and the garage has told me they should have been picked up on the last MOT, but again, nothing.
I have also had to have the car treated for rust spots. When the person was fixing this, he mentioned that it has clearly been in an accident and has been poorly painted over and not had a protective coat, which has caused the rust. The bumper also doesn’t fit correctly, and he said this is due to it being in an accident and being quickly (but poorly) fixed.
I will be letting people know to avoid this garage. Both the customer service I received, and the quality of the car have been shockingly poor. I have also reported to Trading Standards

Avoid at all costs!
Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars.
Bought a Kia sportage from auto Swales, site one at the start of June, after lots of different problems that was promised to be sorted there was a mention of a remap. The day before we were going to collect we told Warren we had booked an inspection for the car to make sure everything was okay upon collection. The next morning received a text saying they wouldn’t sell us the car due to problems, this was after 4 weeks of waiting for the car. The car was already back up for sale on the website, would definitely avoid especially the Kia sportage 64 plate.

My front number plate came off after I hit a flood on the way home. Called Swale Auto Services in Richmond the next morning as they are close to where I work, popped in at the end of the day and they fixed it as soon as I arrived, no charge. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Really cheery receptionist and the guy who fixed my number plate was great. Would definitely use them again.

Please read reviews before making a purchase. It’s the worst dealer I've dealt with. Don’t be fooled by the RAC warranty it’s not worth the paper it’s wrote on. They spray painted the rims of the vehicle to hide what was underneath. The wing mirror was broken. The car went into limp mode on my journey home. The windows don’t work drivers side. Apparently not covered under RAC warranty. Very unhelpful made out I broke the vehicle. Ignored emails ignored calls. Taking the situation all the way with the finance company and the ombudsman. Avoid at all costs.
