IN'n'OUT Autocentres, A Life Saver on a Scorcher

Today started out as one of the hottest days of the year, and just when I thought I could cool down, my air conditioning decided to let me down. I soon realised the sweltering heat would soon become unbearable without it. That’s when I turned to Google for help and stumbled upon IN’n’OUT Autocentres, conveniently located just five minutes away.

From the moment I called, I was met with friendly and professional service. The technician on the other end of the line was quick to understand my dilemma and encouraged me to bring my car in right away. This immediate response was greatly appreciated, especially in the sweltering heat.

Upon arrival, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt reassured that my car was in good hands. After a short wait, I was informed that my air conditioning just needed a re-gas. And to my relief, the entire process took only 45 minutes! It’s rare to find such efficient service, especially on a busy day.

Booked in for my first MOT as a driver. Service was very quick and efficient, within the time slot I booked which was great. Although my car failed its MOT, Stuart was very helpful and kind when explaining what work needed carrying out, and kept me posted even after I had left the garage on what the next steps would be. I had my car back by the next working day with everything fixed and for a really fair price. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic service!
I got a screw in my tyre on the way home and the guys were able to sort it out the same day. I've never used this garage before this but based on the service I received I will definitely be back for all car needs.

Akeel did me a solid today! After completely messing up and forgetting my MOT was due in SEPTEMBER, I got pulled over and awarded a ticket a couple of days ago and had to get my MOT sorted pronto! Stupidly thinking my car would be fine
 it failed its MOT quite spectacularly. Akeel managed to work some bizarre wizardry and help a girl out by manageing to make it work needed much more affordable and get it done today and ALSO checking I was alright as I’m really not well and i lost my shit a bit and cried for about an hour after my car failed!

Super happy to be driving away with a car that’s now passed its MOT, and having spent nearly £200 less than originally thought it was going to cost!

Also, lovely that the waiting room is nice and warm and the coffee machine worked. Made my much longer day spent at the Leeds in n out centre much more pleasurable than I anticipated it would be after the one in Milton Keynes was always freezing!
