I've worn Moss Grey clothing for years. They are beautiful timeless pieces worth the investment. The staff there are amazing, accommodating and welcoming each time I visit.

As for the one-star review from Jordon at the Watershed Society, I was a customer visiting Moss Grey when Jordon had his "rude" encounter with the Moss Grey staff. To be clear, Jordon is describing himself in his review. He seems confused as to why it is inappropriate and rude to be cleaning debris and waste from his organization in front of another business' doorway and parking area which was causing hazards (spreading water all over the walking space and parking lot in Winter is not safe, this is common sense and should not have to be explicitly stated but here we are Jordon) and reducing accessibility to Moss Grey's beautiful little shop. Moss Grey staff were simply advocating for customer safety and basic decency as is their right. Sorry you are angry they stood up for themselves and their customers Jordon and you don't like that. The entitlement to be such a bad neighbour and not respect other small businesses speaks volumes. I suggest Jordon wash his waste materials in front of his own doorway next time if he feels that Moss Grey staff are being unreasonable asking him to cease doing so on in front of their business and parking area.
