I was in Italy for 2 weeks and stumbled upon Dalsarto at the beginning of my trip. Giovanni was very helpful from start to finish. I was measured and told that they could test fit me a week later. We traveled off to Florence and a week later returned to Rome. Giovanni called me and said they were ready for me. I returned and they had a test suit made up with my measurements. He did some fine tuning to the measurements and told me 2-3 weeks I would have my new suit in the USA via DHL. 2 weeks later my suit arrived, perfectly packaged and with a really nice hanger. It fit perfectly! I am very happy with my experience and since they have all my measurements on file all I have to do is pick out the fabric and they will make me a second on. Would highly recommend!

Esperienza unica, entrare nella boutique è come entrare in un salotto elegante, Leone è estremamente professionale e accogliente e nonostante l'ambiente molto elegante, ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, sembra di essere a casa di un amico di vecchia data. L'abito è meglio di come me lo aspettavo, molto elegante e per niente chiassoso. per non parlare del Servizio, sono riuscito a fare la prima e la seconda prova nello stesso giorno, non solo, alla seconda prova l'abito era già perfetto e quindi l'ho potuto anche ritirare. While vacationing in Rome, I decided I would buy a bespoke Italian suit. I did some shopping around and decided on Dalsarto. I know I made the right decision.

I was welcomed to my first appointment and fitting by Leone. He gave my wife and I the history of his company and made the both of us feel at home as he measured me and helped me choose the right design and fabrics. I explained that we would only be visiting for a week, and he assured me it was no problem to continue the process internationally.

After returning home to California, I received a tailored "fitting suit" made to my measurements. I was able to connect with Leone via WhatsApp in real time to exchange photos, videos, and our opinions of the fit. (It was almost perfect).

A couple weeks later, my beautiful suit arrived. There were a couple issues with the fit that needed adjustment. Again, Leone assured me that it was an easy fix. I sent the jacket back for a final adjustment and received it about a week later.

I LOVE THIS SUIT!!! The fit is amazing. The craftsmanship is like no other garment in my wardrobe. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Ho trovato Dalsarto su Google quando cercavo un abito per il mio matrimonio. Già da subito Giovanni mi ha chiamato per fissare un appuntamento. Giovanni è una persona che sta attento a ogni minimo dettaglio. Si preoccupa più del cliente. Non cerca solo di venderti la cosa che conviene più a loro ma la cosa più adatta al cliente. È sempre pronto a dare consigli esperti ma ascolta sempre. Abbiamo avuto diversi appuntamenti, ma già dopo il primo abbiamo capito che avevamo trovato la sartoria giusta. Ogni volta ci ospitava e ci sentivamo molto a nostro agio. Mi sono sposato e il giorno del matrimonio ho ricevuto tantissimi complimenti per quanto era bello l’abito. Qui non potete sbagliare. E Giovanni vi tratterà benissimo.

I did not try their tailoring but! In Kuwait, I do use their fabrics to tailor our national attire, it is mandatory for business to have it on. Totally approved, you won’t regret it despite the price of the material, it will last forever.
