Terrible customer service, dpf was cleaned 2 weeks ago and we've just had to pay someone else to do it again despite it being under warranty. No one has responded to my phone calls or email. I feel completely ripped off.

Same situation as the others on here.
Our DPF clean lasted 3 months and the customer care to carry out warranty work is zero. AVOID this company!

Save your money and avoid these guys! I wish I trusted the reviews now! Cost £800 for the work they did and 2 weeks later DPF warning lights back on. Contacted these as under warranty to be told they can’t help me anymore! Please avoid them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I am only giving 1 star because it will not allow me to proceed without doing so.
We were charged £358.80, including £150 call out fee. Supposedly completed a DPF clean, the light was back on the same day and the car worse than before, in total limp mode, . Before the clean was done an air leak. was identified. With this fault any clean would not last nor be worth doing. I have argued this in detail with their company to no avail. I offered to pay the call out but said that I should not have to pay for the pointless DPF clean. I then had to take the car to a local garage to have the repair done and another DPF clean, it was totally blocked not even 24 hours after Auto Assist did their clean.
DO NOT USE YOU WILL ONLY END UP SPENDING MORE MONEY TO GET IT FIXED

Disregarding all the bad reviews this company gets. I had an excellent experience after these guys came out on behalf of DPFSpecialist to clean my dpf out. The guy that came out was super friendly and even explained any further issues that may be causing trouble with DPF regen in alot of detail. Its safe to say those complaining of the DPF light coming back on after a clean are not using their Diesel vehicle correctly (e.g. they are just doing short trips) or there are underlying issues which they are reluctant to check out.
Great service would recommend.

Do not use this company! I purchased a professional clean service at £380.00 which included 90 days warranty (May i add which warrants nothing) after they left fault codes still active, after a 100 mile journey to a garage for a head gasket replacement, the garage carried out an inspection of the DPF identifying a disintegrated filter. All evidence sent across to the team at Auto assist group. They claimed it was the garages fault, of whom replaced the Head gasket. Then they changed their story to it is impossible to drive under those conditions, then the final excuse was that it was the engine that caused it and refused refund. I had to pay an additional £840.00 for a reconditioned DPF

This is my first every google review of a business but I feel it is warranted in this instance and may help others avoid losing a significant sum of money.

I could not agree more with Trevor. I wish I had read these reviews before I engaged Auto Assist Group to clean my DPF. I paid for the upgraded service to give myself some protection but I then had incredible pushback from the company to wiggle out of the warranty by any means necessary.

Avoid Auto Assist Group at all costs or it will cost you £300 and you will then require a professional clean.

Complete waste of time and money. Fault returned after around 200 miles. Got the same result when my local garage reset the error code. In other words Auto Assist clean made no real difference and cost me three time as much. Don't be convinced by the 30 day warranty they offer, I tried to claim but they insisted I had to tell them the error code numbers before they would do anything. Unless the customer has the equipment and software to read these then they cannot make a claim. My advice is put the £300 towards a replacement DPF, if it isn't regenerating under the correct conditions then it is mostly likely needing to be replaced.
