Can't give ZERO STARS sadly or I would. We took our car here after a fuel leak was told by the recovery machanic most likely a busted seal. A&p replaced the seals and told us it now had a misfire and now needed replacement injectors. After the "work" was done and we were told the car was ready to collect on collection the car was juddering and had a lack of power despite being told it was ready to collect. we called them and was told it was test drove etc. We checked the dash cam and no test drive was done and can clearly hear the mechanic stating it was still miss firing and didn't sound right a few minutes later it was parked up and we were called to collect it. We took the car else where in the end to get it sorted I would avoid at all costs.

Just popped in today as damaged the undertray on my audi s5, explaining my predicament as having to drive back to Merseyside, within 20 mins they were able to secure the undertray for me even though they were busy, very helpful and removed the piece that could have caused major damage which allowed me to continue my journey, a big thumbs up from me.

I've brought my car in to A & P Autos twice. Both times they've done a sterling job. They have something I greatly value in mechanics, honesty. I know this because on one job they could have changed a part that didn't need to be replaced but instead they checked it, tested it and said it was safe and ok. Really appreciate that level of honesty and will continue to use their services.
