I went down to look at a Vauxhall Insignia. The cars on the forecourt are respectively priced. I wanted a decent runaround and something with a large boot space. The car was clean with no rattles or noises. Unlike some garages there wasn't any nasty surprises when looking all around the car. Paul was helpful and he let me have a test drive and the car felt very good for its age. Car came with long MOT 06-2025 and a good service history. It was a good easy transaction. I was hoping for a few quid off but given the long MOT and service history I guess it was a non-starter... but God love a trier. Would go again defo.

Got this. And there was a slight issue with climate control.. I called him after 2 weeks of purchase.. He listened and requested I brought the car back. He took it to his engineers.. And got it done. Best after sales you can get.

This is also my 2nd car from him. The first car I bought.. Was splendid, no issue until I got this my 2nd from him after almost 1 year.

He's a sure plug for car.. He listens

Definitely Recommend P&L car sales!
I made my first car purchase, a low mileage Nissan Micra, from Paul at P&L.
He's a down to earth friendly man who went above and beyond by opening on a Sunday for me to test drive my chosen car (Thanks Paul).

Unfortunately the car I purchased had a fault but I cannot fault the service from Paul. He acknowledged and requested I took the car back. I had to request a refund in the end which was a shame but I would definitely recommend P & L Car Sales as they see customer service as a priority.
