Lovely dealership. Clean, well presented. Came to look at a couple of cars I had viewed on the dealership website. Spoke with Dan B, who couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful if he tried. Nothing was pushy, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase. After asking the questions I had, I did end up purchasing one of the cars I viewed. What started out as a negative experience turned out to be resoundingly positive and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Swansea Chester Peugeot. We sent our car in for a cam belt replacement. After picking up the car and driving home, we noticed a puddle of oil on the floor the next morning. We telephoned the service manager who immediately arranged a recovery vehicle (within an hour!) to collect the car. A phone call followed from the workshop manager to say there was a pinprick hole in the seal of the replaced sump. The car was duly repaired and delivered to our door the next day.

There's no service company on the planet that can eliminate mistakes happening, ... but it's how they react which is important. And Swansay Peugeot Chester was magnificent in their response.

This is a company with a very high commitment to customer service delivery. I will definitely use them again!

Just a quick review and shout out to two people here at this group, Laura after sales and Keith mechanic. Both put my mind at ease and went above and beyond an issue with my recent purchase and a slight hiccup with my vehicle , basically an issue had not been communicated down to me via the sales team, obvious lack of communication. I certainly wasn’t made aware of at the time of purchasing.
It could have been quite stressful for me and especially with lack of a vehicle, however this was not the case. Keith very thorough and Laura resolved the issue quickly with a courtesy car in the interim period.
