The whole process was seamless and fantastic from start to finish.
I had seen a vehicle online which was in transport to the store and had not yet arrived.
Vinnie recommended he reserve the vehicle for me to be able to view and test drive before anyone else, and if I decided it wasn't for me, then that was fine. I'm so happy he suggested this.
The car was viewed and test driven on Friday. Loved it so much that I picked it up today.

I recently purchased a car from Motorpoint in Glasgow and was very guarded following a horrible experience last year buying a car from Peter Vardy in Motherwell.

Mitchell (Gandalf) helped allay my concerns and gave me confidence in him and the company and made the process very easy and transparent. There was no hard sell on additional products, despite being offered and he was very responsive to emails and ultimately restored my faith in the car buying process.

Absolutely pressure free Car Purchase, the Wife struggled with an Automatic so we said no to that Car and didn't get a single word of pushback.

We were so taken aback that we went back 2 weeks later and bought a Manual of the same Car !

If you enjoy grief then try Arnold Fart, if not try Motorpoint, you will not be disappointed.

Just picked up my new hyundai tucson from motorpoint Glasgow. The service I received from Hugh Kearney was 1st class and he totally put me at ease no high pressure sale was able to walk around until I found the right car. I would certainly recommend Motorpoint Glasgow to any one looking to buy their next car.

First time purchasing a car from here but would highly recommend. The quote I was originally given for part exchanging my car was not what they offered me once I arrived in person but the reason for this was fully explained and was more what I expected. The staff were courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. The whole transaction was completed in very fast time. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Bought a Citreon C4 Cactus 2018 from the Edinburgh site last January, and what a mistake that was. I asked at the time if it had Service History or and Accident Damage and was told "Its all Good" by the salesman at the time. Drove it away, within the first 3 weeks, the Blower fan stopped working, I returned it to the Glasgow site for repair, that too over 5 weeks (Part on back order), had to beg for a loan car. 3-4 months down the road, car went into limp mode twice, faulty cam sensors, replaced them, fault seemed to go away. After 6 months, other issues arose, intermittent non starting, rear view camera not working, Stop/Start ceased working. Motorpoint not interested, Had an RAC Report done, found multiple issues with car, including a front end smash, (26 page report), Tried to claim it back through Finance company, Motorpoints attitude, all faults found or made after they sold me the car. Car currently at a Citreon Delaers, trying to find electrical issues, been there 2 months.
Do not buy any car from Motorpoint unless you have it independently inspected, and see their HPI check on the car.
Totally disgusting service from a company that poports to have Exceptional Standards

Came just for a look and walked away with a new car. Process was easy and quick, picked car up next day after it had been all detailed inside and out. The two sales people I seen were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the cars available. Would like to say a big thank you to both Liam and Georgia for a quick and smooth hand over.
Update
As I said the sales staff were very good however when Georgia went to get the road tax she couldn't as they didn't have the V5. This was Saturday it's now Wednesday and I still don't have the car, they are still trying to get a hold of the V5 so they can transfer ownership and then get the the road tax.
I have called numerous times and have asked to speak to the showroom manager and he has avoided my calls. Instead getting one of the sale reps to take the call.
If you think of purchasing a car from Motorpoint, I would advise you to make sure they have the V5 before hand, I was not the only person that day with this problem and they other person doesn't have their car yet either.
BE AWARE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CAR.

I would give less than one star. Sold my retired father a 4 year old Ford Focus with a disintegrating automatic gearbox. Completely unhelpful during the process of reporting the fault. Gave us inaccurate information about our consumer rights. Now 3 months in to this circus and they are kicking the can down the road, presumably trying to take us out with our 6 month final right to reject period - despite the car now having a catastrophic failure of a main component. Refusing to put anyone in a position of authority on the phone. Repeating that we need to get the car fixed despite it now causing serious inconvenience to our family. We have had reliable information from an experienced sales manager from a different garage, who assures me we absolutely can reject the car for a refund at this stage. Shame on you, Motorpoint. Not good enough at all.

Car has been officially diagnosed as having disintegrating clutches by a garage they agreed we could use. Requires a whole new gear box. They are continuing to say we need a diagnostic. We have one. Car has now been to two garages. Got the car in August so well within the 6 month final right to reject period. Which the staff we are able to talk to don’t seem to be aware of.
