Bought an Audi from Peter Vardy(Parks) in Motherwell in July last year, next day realised the car had faulty rear parking sensors, I took pictures of the fault on the MMI screen to let them see it, after three visits to there workshop they decided to send the car to Audi in Hamilton, they found the fault.
The problem now is Peter Vardy(Parks) are nt giving them the go ahead to fix it after week's of phone calls to Peter Vardy (Parks) no one ever calls back I called in to the dealership and Scot Reid said he would get it sorted this has been ongoing from July last year. I would never buy another car from this garage as their after sales is terrible and they don't honour there warranty pledge.

Worst after sales. Bought car in November and went back in January because touchscreen on radio not working told it needed new head. They said part would be there in a week and they would phone me so I waited 2 weeks and phoned them and told it on backorder. I left it another 2 weeks and phoned as I heard nothing and now 5 months later still not fixed so don't buy from Carz Motherwell as you'll get no service or help and no one taking responsibility.

Worst experience I’ve ever had of buying a car! If I could give zero stars I would.
They’ve accepted rejection of my car due to multiple faults, ultimately accepting liability.
It’s now 3 weeks on and I’ve still not had payment, between multiple excuses of phone lines being down (which seems to happen an awful lot) to other issues on their end. Seem to be digging their heels in.
I would not recommend buying from this company, they’re incompetent.

Terrible service, reserved a car online, heard nothing back had to call four times to get through. Finally got through and was told car is not for sale due to fault. Still trying to get through to get a refund on reservation fee. Please avoid. I can’t image Peter Vardy would except this kind of service.

I recently reserved a car through Peter Vardy Website CARZ, but I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. They phoned me the following day to say they do not have this vehicle and using sales tactics by offering same models but with higher prices. All the information were misleading.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to phone customers care to rectify the situation, they lied and refused to honor the sales agreement. I feel completely taken advantage of and would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. Their lack of integrity and customer service is truly appalling.

I must say Peter Vardy is superb! staff always so helpful.

Had a great tour of the car, staff knew the full history and went above and beyond and arranged part exchange and a good deal for me

As a company they are an absolute pleasure to deal with, kept us up to date right up to, and after the collection asking how we were getting on with it. I will be using them for servicing and would 100% recommend and use again

informed me after 29 days that issues agreed would not be resolved, car was good to go. It was passed to their low standards by 2 branch directors. This despite a verbal agreement to address issues. THERE WORD IS OF NO VALUE, DO NOT TAKE IT. Get anything agreed in writing but you'll probably not get it!

Michael was supposed to call me on the 9th to see how we would proceed, but he seemingly couldn't be bothered so Calum (the salesperson) called me with an ultimatum to agree to take the car as it was. We debated why he would agree things would be dealt with when PV Carz wouldn't follow through but like anyone from PV Carz he ultimately didn't really care and evidently didn't value his words.
I reluctantly agreed as I was too invested in this car (having paid for it, insured it and spent 1 month dealing with this lot) but on the agreement that a missing tool, a damaged arm rest and a safety recall booking that they agreed (again verbally) would be confirmed in writing before delivery on the 10th Aug (am) as I no longer trusted their word.

So it's now 13:00 on the 10th Aug, no car, no email, no contact, no refund. Just when you thought it couldn't get worse!.

Of the 16 car purchases I've made (some great, some not so), nothing comes anywhere near as bad as this utter shambles of a branch and a company.
