Not normally one to leave reviews but I have to say I was so pleased with the help we got from Jamie when getting my new mobility car. He was so patient and answered my numerous questions, making me feel really at ease. From ordering the car to delivery he kept in touch updating me. Once the car arrived he went through all the "tech" and explained everything. I have been in touch since with a couple of "how do I do that" questions and he has continued to help me. Very impressed and it is a huge relief to know that if I need anything I can confidently ask and know I will get the help I need.

Robert Harris at Pentagon Scunthorpe Peugeot was absolutely fantastic. Rob was always enthusiastic to speak to me and answered all my questions including the billions of questions I asked. Rob would ring me back and answers emailing in a timely fashion and was professional from beginning to end and provided an hour hands over experience answering my questions in the car and showing me how to use the different technology and where to find certain settings. I’ve found this dealership to be overall fantastic and will highly recommend to others.

Rob was very sensitive about my personal situation and took great care to listen and acknowledge what I was explaining to him.

The building was clean and tidy, everything was well laid out and the staff were professional, clean and well kept. They offered us drinks and were always quick to greet us and welcome us in. I never felt like I was a number but I felt like a valued customer which was special.

Derek was also very helpful at regularly checking up information for us to work out what was happening with the cars delivery and was kind enough to match another competitor for a discount. Derek was also very friendly and enthusiastic when I chatted to him and tried his best to help as much as he could.

I believe the team here are what I call good eggs and you can tell they have a strong passion for the work they do. I’m thrilled with the service I received and at robs high standards of customer service.

I have now had 2 cars from Pentagon @ Scunthorpe, the first a Peugeot 2008 via Motability in Feb '24 (which I have now returned) and the second , a pre owned Vauxhall which I have bought myself .
On both occasions I dealt with a Sales Executive Jamie Davies, who knew my somewhat special needs from the 1time , and once again he went over & above to find & supply the right car for my needs and so far I'm extremely happy with the vehicle !
I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealer and Jamie in particular, although all the members of the team that I spoke to were friendly and helpful!
