Bought car from this garage was dripping oil on the drive from day 1. Phoned after a week of having car well within warranty, was fobbed off, told they were too busy to look at it, needless to say it's still dripping oil. Needed to take front wheel off to replace loose ball joint, yet another fault it was sold with, the wheel locking nut supplied with the car was completely wrong fit. Phoned P A Autos he insisted they had taken the wheels off the car with the wheel locking nut. That is a total lie, this car wasn't serviced or checked before sale. I don't write reviews normally but I do read reviews of other people's experiences. Cars cost money and people deserve value for money, this one's costing a lot more because I bought it from this garage. BEWARE !

😡😡😡 The car I got was a complete wreck. Clutch is wobbly and vibrates the car and they told so many lies aswell saying the car had been fully serviced with new parts put on and here’s the BEST THEYVE got this car through MOT with dangerous worn out steering parts that other garages would NOT ALLOW TO GO back on the road till fixed. Excessive play in ball joints both sides and I’m sure they’ve FORGED service history as well so I’d keep clear of this dealership. Shoddy it’s as simple as that.

Bought a focus st. Was told it was immaculate and non modified so they couldn’t drop the price. Oh boy did we
Get a shock once it was washed. They did a fantastic job of hiding all the scratches. Yes we understand it’s a 14 year old car but when you pay over top book price you expect quality.
It has also been modified at some point and put back to standard.
Rang the garage - there reply was - sorry but that’s what we do - polish them well.
Up until now it was great service.
Was told the information would be passed on to Paul Young who sold us the car. No phone call at all. Really disappointed.
