Saw a used 2020 Ford Explorer ST in blue I have been searching for. Put an inquiry at night and they called the next morning promptly. Did a little dealing over the phone, sent a deposit to secure, signed papers that night after work and a few days later I was driving home in my new baby. No BS here at all and super happy with the services of Eddy Tarabein my Sales guy (Floor Manager) and Kingsley Li in Finance. Very efficient and highly recommend them if they have a vehicle that suits your needs. All the best guys and I had a great drive home to Airdrie in my new beast ?

I have nightmare 8 months dealing with them. I left my car for service in their parking and after few days when I go back to get my car, I noticed scratches on the front bumper. When I ask them about this, they were clueless and then they said it was their before. They tried to convince me that my car bumper was damaged when I left my car for service. Then I gave them proof of photos showing that it was not damaged at that time. After long arguments, they agreed that my car was hit by someone in their parking lot. They repaired my car in improper way (photos attached) and for this bad service, they took 1 month. Still my car has broken parts.

Horrible Experience! I had the worst experience dealing with hyundai when i got into new Kona N. First of all the car with recall was sold to me without notifying the true status of the car on signing. On date of pickup i was told i cannot pick up my car as there is an ongoing recall on the current vehicle. There were multiple people trying to communicate with me regarding the car whereas they all lack internal communication which made the experience the worst possible.
On receiving the car about week after the promised date, there was a bunch of stuff like not upto the mark like :interior lights not working , tire making weird sound, all weather mats not ordered ( when it was promised )
Once i had the car for week . I had to leave my car with service department to take care, to which the concern of tire was unresolved. I was told how it’s not impacting the car. However, the car still makes a loud weird noise. Which of-course isn’t right.I was also told how my the recall would be taken care off within a couple weeks and i havent still heard any updates about it. In all my experience has been really horrible and disappointing. I never expected this sort of experience from hyundai , but this has totally changed my perception. I have my car about a month now but it seems more of a mistake to be a hyundai owner. Would never suggest anyone to go to this dealership as they have misrepresented with the deal and given me a run around throughout the process.

We purchased a car from this dealership a year ago. We had a horrible experience with them but I held off writing a negative review because I didn't want to have to re-visit all my frustrations.

We had an oil change scheduled so I returned to the dealership recently and it was enough to warrant me writing a review. Bottom line is they are the ultimate sneaky shady salesmen. So many times we were told something just to turn around and find out we were mislead.

When we were looking for a car last summer we saw one we liked in the lot at the dealership. We reached out and they said that the car was tentatively sold but that financing hadn't gone through. The salesman said he would call us in two days. He didn't. We called again and they said they'd call us in a week. They didn't. We eventually got in contact with the manager a few weeks later who told us that the car was now available.

We came in to purchase the car and went through a rigorous process. They will try to tell you that there are processing fees, cleaning fees etc. Why would I pay a cleaning fee when you're selling me a new car?! When I asked them to explain these fees or show me legal documentation that they were required they didn't, they just talked in circles. I had insight from other car salesmen that these fees are not real and they are a way for the salesman to make up some costs after negotiating the price down. It got to the point where we were arguing down $340 of fees that aren't real. It really just came down to who gave up first and clearly $340 was more important to the sales person than us and our time. We didn't want to spend all day talking in circles. I said well how about you give us a few free oil changes and the salesman said deal.

Then we went into the financing office where we were told about their warranty and signature program. Turns out with the signature program you get free oil changes, it was so sleazy of the salesman to say we'd get some oil changes when they come free with the program. Also of note with the signature program come a lifetime of free oil changes, one detailing a year, free chip repair and valet service. If you get the warranty through them you get access to the signature program. Although we were told by salesmen friends to get a warranty elsewhere we thought the signature program made it worth it to go through them.

So then a year later I go in for our 3rd oil change. First off I shouldn't of had to drive the car in since the signature package offers a valet service to come and get the car but for some reason for our appointment that wasn't available. I'm thinking that I'll drop my car in and wait in the waiting room while they change the oil. But instead I'm brought into the sales office where I'm told that I must maintain the recommended service schedule in order to keep the signature service package. And today that will cost $669. We were not told about this in the financing stage or shown the maintenance schedule.

Really the signature package is a total racket to help you feel like you're getting something worth while when working out financing and warranty. If you have to stick to their schedule and pay their fees just to maintain free oil changes the cost doesn't seem worth it. I would rather go to a trusted mechanic for service and get my oil changed at a place where it takes 15min.

Horrible Service Mistake Amended !
The fact that Calgary Hyundai service department tore one of my summer tire of my brand new car , while putting my winter tires on - only caught my eye when i was getting my all season tires back on around 21st June. After complaining to my sales person Ryan about this incident, he managed to help us by giving a brand new tire from a different dealership ( as i stay in a different city now) . The entire resolution time took around 5 business days ( little longer than what we expected )
Although it needed multiple followups and many emails back and forth , but i got a new summer tire. Thank you Ryan!

I had a previous review where i expressed the mishap and frustration, i only had jotted down my genuine grievance but after a lot of persuasions from sales manager, i am amending my review here.

Was helped by Numaan, he was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable, made us feel very comfortable.
Normally I'm a bit nervous and don't trust car dealerships, but that's not the case with this dealership! We felt very valued and cared for. 10/10 would recommend
