We recently purchased a Tucson from Hyundai Gallery. We have been looking for a Tucson in Edmonton for six weeks to no avail. We called this dealership in Calgary and we talked to the sales manager Jeremy. He was great in helping us from 3 hours away. He referred us to DJ on of his sales associates. I can’t tell you how professional, personable, and caring DJ was. DJ took the time to go over the SUV with us in detail. He set up our phones, went over all the instramental panel (which was a lot). DJ was a wonderful sales associate and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle near or far!!
We told DJ to give us a call if he ever comes to Edmonton and we all could go fir a drink. That’s how much we liked him. Thanks for everything DJ and Jeremy!

DJ reached out to us as he was interested in a car we listed. We had some rough experiences with past dealerships but DJ was honest and transparent, the best experience we had. He made it clear that he wasn’t trying to trade or squeeze anything out of us and the price was the ballpark we were looking for. I had a pleasant experience initially—test drove the car, and the salesman was helpful and kind. After thinking it over at home, I texted the salesperson to move forward with the deal. That’s when I was informed the car had just been "rear-ended by one of their lot guys", and they needed time to fix it. Despite this, they refused to adjust the price or claim the accident on the vehicle. This left me very disappointed. While my salesperson was upfront, it’s unsettling to think other customers might not be informed about similar issues, and there would be no way to know about the damage. I won’t be trusting this dealership again.
