Almost got me. Same story different day. Free cooler and sent the bulbs. Box of 12 and then an invoice a few weeks later for $581. Called the lady back and asked if they bought bulbs...told them that I got a free box of bulbs in the mail with a $581 bill and did she want me to trash them or would she like them sent back. Nice try.

Commercial Lightining is a scam. Sent us 12 LED bulbs that were not ordered with an invoice of $581. On third call reached a person and they did give directions how to return the package. Havent heard since, shipping the bulbs back cost me $150, not paying their bill for sure.

They called and got a name form our company and sent an invoice of $1500 for 60 lightbulbs. We never received the bulbs. They sent a picture of a box from FedEx no signature. They claim there are bulbs in the box but we never received the bulbs or ordered them . Now they are saying return the bulbs we never received and we will credit your account. How is it legal for a company to operate like this. They sent us to collections. Tampa should be ashamed to allow a company like this to work from their city. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Absolute scam. How are you going to offer lights to "try" and then months later send us an invoice. Goofy scammers and absolute predator's.

Someone from this company called our office and offered to send a cooler and catalog. Then, at the end of the conversation they said they were also sending an order of lights. I told them that we don't need any lights and get our supplies locally. Fast forward a month later and we receive an invoice for lights we never ordered or received. They send a Shipping Confirmation from Fedex saying a 3lb package was delivered but no signature required. They now threaten to continue to collect for invoice and then send to collection company.
They have many complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Well over 100 bad reviews. After looking into this company, every 5 star review is either from an employee or person who've only ever given 1 or 2 reviews. Every other review was a person who got scammed. It's sad that this happens.

Yep they got me too! The free cooler deal but let us send you some light bulbs. 24 LED A19 bulbs for $440.17!!! That's $18 per bulb!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is predatory - they cold called one of our locations, and sent a package of LED lights along with a bill for over $580.00, that we did not authorize.
The employee they spoke with did not authorize the purchase, and they were offered the Free Cooler which was mentioned in other google reviews. The employee said no, but we received the order anyways. Of course, no cooler was sent with the overpriced light bulbs. They sent a Net 30 invoice , expecting payment despite us having no purchase agreement, or contract with this vendor. The Company did allow us ship them back the product at their expense. The craziest part about all of this, is that you can buy a 20 pack of these bulbs on Amazon for around $100.00 but this company tried to charge us $530.52 for 12 , and 49.97 shipping. Please never call us again!

They are a scam company. They call you acting like they have been in your facility before and that "they" are the usual company you order from for bulbs. Their method is to send you the bulbs but not send you the invoice for months, their invoice has a interest percentage that increase every month money is not sent. So they purposely send the invoice late so they can try and get more money from you.
