This is a good store. Everything was pretty well stocked, and there was a variety of items to choose from. The store was also clean and had some pretty good prices and values. Customer service was also good. Self checkout was quick, and when I ran into an issue with checkout, the employee helped me resolve the issue. Overall good experience at target.

Crow at customer service was awesome! They were patient and informative regarding returns after a baby shower. Appreciated this so much, as many customer service representatives across various companies can seem irritable or impatient.

Normally I love Target. This store has to be the worse of all. Customer service slow rude and took forever to get in and out. Workers aren’t helpful and I knowledgeable. I will never ever come to this store again.

Maybe you should re teach Sonia how to talk to customers instead of being passive aggressive when we are right there. There was an item on clearance clearly marked. Then Sonia comes over to our cashier and tells us we’re completely wrong. We go take a picture of said item and said clearance tag and she still says we’re wrong. Then she says they’re going to honor it because “we’re too much today.” Seriously? Train your staff better and honor your own discounts.

This store is always seems to be a hot mess when I come here, the clothing racks crazy, the shoe areas chaotic, and clearance areas wrecked. The restrooms were absolutely horrific, understandable that its not a priority with holidays, but looks as if it had been a few days for some good upkeeping. The food courts prices are crazy and is usually just as disorganized. The lines are not so bad now that the self checkout is there, but if it works. Ours broke before we really got started so we ended up moving over to a cashier, very exhausted and well due to leave for his shift. Amidst his angst to get off he made our experience great, he was extremely kind and encouraged our purchases, didn't even forget to bring up the Target Credit Card pitch. Overall the prices are higher than other similar retail shops but if you spend enough time searching you will find some great deals.

I love ordering online from Target - it’s easy, convenient, and time saving! I would have to suggest that the employees have more training on customer service, however. The employee that delivered my items to my car only asked me my name, handed me the items I ordered (without a bag), and had me sign for the delivery. He did not smile, say hello, thank me for shopping there or wish me a good day. These are easy things to do to make people want to come back. From my personal experience, I wouldn’t suggest having your order delivered to you in the drive up area.

Went to grab a few things but I ended up walking out without buying anything that I had put in my cart. Because they had all of their clearance items mislabeled, they were not ringing up correctly even with the label they refused to change it to the correct price, this is illegal! Horrible, horrible target!

Target, when this is all you offer on the first day of Hanukkah, compared to aisles upon aisles of Christmas decorations, you know you’re not even making an effort to be inclusive. Can you at least pretend you are aware of any other culture or holiday beside the basic consumeristic rhetoric? Your anti-semitic capitalism is genuinely exhausting.
