This theater does NOT have stadium seating. And half of the rows end up being TOO FAR away from their small screens. Not what I would expect from a movie theater in 2024! But if you want to feel like going to the movies in the 80s, then you’ll be happy.

We’ve been going to this Studio for about 5 years, service is always good. Yesterday 10/5 we went to watch, joker 2 movie and we got inside the building and CC greeted us with the biggest smile, she had the best personality towards everyone, she helped us to get our tickets printed and was the sweetest person! I watched her as she interacted with the other guest and she was amazing with them as well and was making everyone smile and laugh. She’s seriously awesome!

I give this five stars ? ? ✨️ because I've never seen anything like it! It's NOT your average movie theater with a typical concession stand. NO!!! It is not! It is something more than that. It's 5-star service and eats in a first-run movie theater ? ? ? . Come see them at Studio Movie Grill!

Decided to take my kids to see the new transformers movie. I ordered the 2 for $30 deal so my kids can get popcorn and split cheese pizza. I requested if i could do the coconut tenders as a sub and willing to pay the difference and the waiter said the kitchen said no. So i was left having to order an extra item. Very poor customer service.

Went to see Bad Boys 3 at this location, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The quality of this place has consistently declined over the years, and I will not be returning. Out of the 8 self-checkout/ticket redeemer machines, only one was functional. There were no staff members available to assist, further exacerbating the frustration.

Our server, Crystal, was particularly rude. In the middle of taking our order, she refused to change my quesadillas from beef to shrimp, claiming the order was already sent to the kitchen—even though I was still ordering and hadn’t made any additions. To make matters worse, I was charged for a drink that I never arrived.

The service was riddled with issues: missing napkins and silverware, incorrect food orders, and an erroneous check. The lack of attention to detail and poor service was astounding, especially considering that gratuity is automatically included on every check.

The management, including the manager on duty on June 15, 2024, needs to address these problems and improve the overall customer experience.

The Chicken and shrimp coconut was under cooked you can taste that it was old oil they cooked it in. Not only that the breading was hard to chew The black girl at the front had poor customer service also when I went to the bar a guy name squid went to the back to poor my drink . Instead of pouring it in front of me. I asked for a double got charged for a double but I only got one shot . Seats and counter tops was dirty . Would not recommend this place

The staff was nice, and the theater was clean. The reason for the 2 stars... first, they nickel and dime you. $.75 for a side of ranch, $3.00 to change from French fries to onion rings, etc... the biggest issue is that if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu, in slightly smaller letters, they add 18% "service charge" to everything. Then, since they assume most people don't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the menu, they give you the check with the option for a tip. So, they get 18% plus anything we would tip normally. They need to put it on the top of the menu and on the check.
