Wow, wow, wow
Top tier restaurant with top tier service. We came super early for happy hour and was served by Carlos. He made sure we knew what to order and suggested some great add-ons. Will be back!!!

Had a very weird experience when tabbing out. We loved the drinks and apps we got. No issues with service. They have an electronic payment system so they tell you the total and you tap or insert your card. The total said to us and charged initially was $99.58 which sounded a little steep but my husband tapped his Apple Pay, we tipped 20% and were going to leave. I asked for a receipt just because it felt wrong, and the first picture (with the totals circled) is the itemized receipt I got. Somehow the real total of $74.69 magically turns into $99.58 down at the bottom, which is the total we tipped on as well as you can see. I mention this to the server and she can’t make sense of it either so takes it to the manager. She comes back with the adjusted receipt (second pic) and says everything will square up at midnight when they run their batches. The reasoning they gave us for this mess up was that there was initially too many orders of crispy rice (2 instead of 1) on our check which just can’t be true for a $24.89 difference in the totals and only 1 being listed on the itemized but whatever. This was corrected at the end of it all, but our tip on the original wrong amount stood (which is fine, but the option to adjust it should have been there) and if I hadn’t asked, I would’ve walked out overcharged. Check your receipts at this place, this felt very sketchy.

I was eager to try HG Supply after hearing so many positive things about their in-house dining experience. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I ordered takeout and received a half-made salad for a whopping $23.

First and foremost, the packaging was utterly subpar. The flimsy container barely held together, and the salad arrived in a disheveled state. The presentation was sorry, to say the least – a far cry from the visually appealing dishes I've seen served at the restaurant.

I want to acknowledge that mistakes happen, especially during peak times. However, it’s crucial for a restaurant of HG Supply’s caliber to maintain high standards, even for takeout orders.

I strongly recommend that the management re-evaluate their takeout procedures. Investing in sturdier packaging, especially for salads and ensuring the quality of the food matches that of the dine-in experience would go a long way. Additionally, a review of the pricing strategy for takeout items might be necessary to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

The flavor of the salad was another letdown – watery and sour, it left me unsatisfied and disappointed. It's disheartening, especially after being so eager to try HG Supply for the first time. The photo I took speaks for itself and highlights the lack of care that went into this order.

While HG Supply might shine in its dine-in experience, my takeout order was far from satisfactory. I hope to see improvements in the future, as the restaurant has the potential to deliver excellence across all dining formats.

This spot was fantastic. Despite my 2022 visit, the specific order eludes me. The images, though, speak volumes about the delectable food. Opting for outdoor seating, our waitress was pleasant, and the interior was stunning. Lower Greenville, where it's situated, also adds to the charm of the area.

I think this place is amazing. I can tell they make it their goal to provide the perfect experience. The atmosphere is like no other.

The food looks great, smells great, and you can sense harmony with the food coming out and the expeditors.

It gets pretty busy, and it doesn't look like they struggle to keep up with guest service.

I met Collin, the manager. He was very friendly and encouraged me to take photos. Made it that much better for me to take in the whole experience.
