Our company, Columbia Cleanroom, was in need of a necessary website rebuild. I had shopped around with a few larger companies that had great proposals, but overall, didn’t fit our smaller company needs and budget. I was graciously referred to Traci and Jana at Swell by some folks at one of the larger agencies in the area. We had a few initial phone calls, and I was quickly impressed with their process, expertise, work ethic, and the way they operate their business. As a small business, you’re always watching your pennies – they were able to combine all our needs and wants into a budget that matched ours.
Their process was in-depth, professional, and effective. Neither Traci nor Jana were experts in cleanroom consumables, but by the end, they both were well-versed. I would stack that up to their methods of extracting information, their research, and their general professionalism/ expertise in their respective fields. We gave them a deadline and they hit it every step of the way.
We enjoyed the whole process working with them, their design and web dev teams. The finished project is smooth, robust, and modern. It will suit us for years to come. Our whole staff was very pleased. We will need refinements, updates, and additions, so I look forward to continuing to work with them.
If I could sum this up quickly, we gave them a fairly large task based on our previous website and goals, they completely over-delivered. Whether you’re an individual or business local or remote, they will have no problem building a solution that will match your budget and deliver a product the exceeds your expectations. I could not recommend Traci and Jana at The Swell Co-Lab more.
