Martin was professional, caring, and clean. Usually having a plumber is so stressful and overwhelming and Martin made it feel like a friend was here to help. I cannot recommend this company and Martin enough. We will be using Plumbing Concepts forever and recommending them to everyone we know. If you’re in need of help, they are the team to fix it! He took time to hear about the problems we were having and what we had already tried before sharing his more seasoned understanding of what may be wrong. The only good thing about clogged toilets, plumming issues is Martin. Martin Hernandez from Plumbing Concepts was great. He did an amazing job in fixing the leaks in bathroom sink faucets. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and was very thorough. He also explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions with a lot of patience.

It’s great to once again use your services. You were the main plumbing contractor when our house is built 20 years ago. We’ve been so satisfied that when it came to the replacement of our water softener, there was no question whom to call, the Plumbing Concept.

I would like to give some feedback on Felipe. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Although he didn't not find a leak, he tested every possible scenario and gave great insight to how plumbing works. He was great!

I had a wonderful experience with Fernando from Plumbing Concept. I actually missed his doorbell ring at my house at first but he was willing to come back later the same day to fix the leak. They were called in by the builder but this company is now on my list to call in case of plumbing issues in the future.
