And as we said, we returned to Deel Volkswagen. Not only that they did not disappoint us, but they made the whole experience of buying a car even better than the first time. What an amazing team of people! Daniel and the rest had a solution for every risen obstacle (as there are always obstacles when buying a car) without penalizing us as customers or making us uncomfortable. Beyond impressed! We’ll be back again, and we highly recommend Deel VW! And may I add, that the car is amazing too!

P.S. Don’t waste your time searching other car dealerships because you are going to go through an obsolete system in which you are a prey.

Pretty disappointed with VW DEEL Service department today. Had an issue with the fuel cap not opening most likely due to a broken actuator. At first was recommended attempting to pry it open by using a suction cup just so i could put fuel as i was low but after multiple attempts it wouldn’t give. Had to accept id have to get it fixed by the dealership so i dropped it off to be picked up later. After a few hours was called told it was fixed and the actuator was replaced and I’m all set. When i did the walk around the car is when i was shocked to find not only was the car paint significantly damaged but it was painted over with a blue sharpie as if I wouldn’t notice. I can’t blame the service agent Arturo who was super helpful throughout the whole visit but clearly a mechanic didn’t take any time or precautions to not damage my car while it was in Deel VW care or let the service member or me know that they damaged it and cover it up with blue sharpie that came off with one wipe… they offered to take it to their body shop to fix it once they have a loaner for me to use but hard to trust DEEL when they didn’t take care of my car the first time. I have had my girlfriend lease through DEEL and i was looking into financing a car in the near future with them but the lack of trust and care made me question returning to DEEL in the future.

Honest opinion ? Excellent, excellent, excellent service! Walked in to Deels dealership & left driving a 2024 Tiguan R Line. Couldn’t have done it without Jon & Daniel. They both were amazing helped out tremendously, no pushiness, it was such an easy deal. I am very satisfied with my Tiguan! Thanks guys! Y'all rock!

I know that this isn’t the service center, but it’s the same company with the same branding so I have to imagine some of those crosses over but I had a terrible experience with the service center recently.. From this experience, I would Recommend to not buy a Volkswagen simply so you don’t have to accidentally end up at this location.

Not only is there a customer service Rude from the very beginning when you can, it’s very difficult to get somebody on the phone. They definitely have the corporate feel and seem like a professional outfit, but clearly across-the-board. The team does not have any sense of customer service.

I’m only going to come back here for If it’s covered under warranty, otherwise I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m not going to deal with their over pricing, their customer service, and then they miss quoting of what the final price is

Because Kristi kept me informed daily about the progress of my repair (which I consider great customer service), I did not feel the need to rent a free loaner vehicle. This saved the dealership money and saved me a lot trouble. Kristi is a very valuable & professional Service Manager. Gaby, the technician, did an excellent job repairing my VW ID4 in less than 24 hours. I am very grateful to both of them!
