Worse place to ever buy any equipment from , we bought a Taylor custard machine about three months ago and we had nothing but issues with it, I can recall the machine running for about two weeks normal , after that it was nothing but issues, we have spent over $3000 on trying to get this machine running , still no luck, we called the owner to let them know that machine needs a new motor , she said we can send you a used one , Im not interested on a used aftermarket one just like the belts that you guys put on there . we have 4 stores going up and I will never ever ever buy another thing from them . I WILL MAKE SURE no one ever buy anything here from you guys ever again

Their “Warranty” is horrible. You are gonna pay full price for the machine and it will be delivered with dents and not functioning properly. Customer service will 100% say it’s “operator error” It’s been LESS than 30 days of ownership and they won’t pay a $350 invoice I got from the manufacturer (Taylor) for having them come out to fix it. Wow, great way to say thanks for spending $16,000.

Without any doubt this is the top ice cream machine seller you encounter. 5 star service from first call. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fast shipping throughout national wide. They even put up a YouTube video on your machine make sure it works before shipping out. Will buy again for sure.

Edit: Don't do it! If you rely on their machine to make a living, look somewhere else, or at least go open up their machine and check. The one I got Taylor C713 made in 2010, started to fail after a month of light duty, 5 service calls in 3 months. Spent thousands in service and parts. No, they won't take a back after you buy it. It belongs to the junk yard not on the sales floor. It will ruin you business.

Edit: We were be able to find a solution and hopefully it works out. Let's pray...

Slices Concessions was a great company to work with, they were fast, friendly and very informative. I bought 2 soft serve machines and had them shipped to Milford, Ohio. The process was very simple, and I am pleased to say that even when I had questions months later, Chino was right there to help me out, he responded quickly and was always there to help point me in the right direction. Will was incredibly helpful. I have a Taylor made soft serve machine that was not working properly. Will was very thorough and diligent in tracking down the issue. I would highly recommend Slices Concession to anyone that is in the market for a machine to check them out.
