Jake made my whole experience and process super amazing! He was informative, kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. He also listened to my asks and needs and helped me accomplish my car purchase! Hunter the sales manager was also very kind and communicative in the process and I appreciated him reaching out right away after I had contacted the new port Richey location. Whereas other Volkswagen dealerships kept me in voicemail and no return calls. Hunter responded immediately and I appreciated that!
On top of that, the excellent customer experience continued with the general manager 🙂 who helped me get a ride to and from my car rental location and always checked in to make sure I was taken care of. This was all after hurricane Helen, and their combined kindness and attentiveness was what made me purchase from Volkswagen of new port Richey.
I highly recommend them!
In fact, a sales associate who didn't even need to help me, was super kind (Mario? I apologize it was a long day) in recommending a Geico agent for car insurance as I needed to complete that to get my car.... overall 10 stars! And thankful great team! 10 stars if possible! You will love purchasing your car from this team!
