We recently purchased a used truck from Ferman Volvo. Our communications with Chris Roy (sales manager) ahead of time, to get a ballpark out-the-door and to make sure the truck was still available, as we had a 2-hour drive to the dealership, were pleasant and prompt. When we arrived, Jim Baker, our salesman, was there to greet us, and the truck was ready for a test drive. When we returned, the paperwork was ready, and the out-the-door price was clearly marked and was exactly what we expected - no hidden fees and no $3k "Advantage" fees you see at other dealers in the Central FL area! Bogi, our finance guy, was also very friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. The whole experience was pleasant and as quick as you can expect at a car dealership. Thanks, Ferman!

They located the car that matched my specifications to a T. They made the price negotiation pleasant, and offered a fair price. My hubby and I visited them last month to see what our options were as our Lease was ending soon. We worked with Michael Kashton, Michael Russo and the Manager Chris Roy. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to acquire a new Lease upgrading from a 2022 XC90 to a 2024 XC90. We went from just checking out our options, to driving off with a new vehicle. It was shortest time I've ever spent in a dealership to get a new vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. After dropping my car off for a check engine light I was charged over $1000 for service, picked up my car and the check engine light is still on, took it back a second time in 2 days charged another “labor” fee and was told the sensor wasn’t turned off. Left the parking lot and the check engine light is still on. Then I was told it is because my spark plugs were done somewhere other than Volvo, so I would need to go back and get charged more labor fees. On top of it that the service advisor is unfriendly and rude. If you need Volvo service I would go to Tampa or St. Pete. Ferman Volvo are scammers just trying to get as much money as possible out of customers.

The salesman was great. The sales manager was great. But in my opinion the finance manger. Was shady. He charged me over 2,600 dollars for a Volvo extended warranty I never wanted and was never told about. He snuck in a paper work for a 7 year 100,000 extended warranty. Beware.

We found our Volvo online in January and drove down from Tallahassee a couple of days later. Michael Kashtan was there for us from the start. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process and made the whole experience enjoyable! The staff, including the finance manager, Ricco were so friendly and professional. We are so pleased with our purchase and will contact him when we are shopping again!

Service is a waste of money and time. I paid $400 for the 100000 mile service and all they did was change the oil and a filter. They didn't even inspect the car. If they had, they would have seen the oil leaking through cvvt solenoid gasket and making a puddle of oil on top of the engine. They couldn't even be bothered to run diagnostics on my check engine light. 2 stars because at least the parts department is helpful.
