The theater was extremely clean as well as the bathrooms. I wish the air conditioning wasn't blowing so hard though!

The workers were all friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

I don't have a negative review for this location. All the movies I have seen have been great. The seats are clean. The popcorn was freshly made and the drinks have been cold. I'm a diamond member so I like the advantages and prices I get. The restroom are even clean. Only once was the theater really cold but all the many times I have gone to this location to see a movie .... It has always been a good experience. Easy access to the parking structure and the staff has always been helpful and on several occasions have mentioned to me about my points for use on concession purchases. This is a nice location and I love coming to this theater. I definitely recommend this regal theater for family, date night or even a solo trip to the movies

I have made this particular location my destination each and every Friday afternoon immediately after work for the past several months. The screenings are clear and the sound exceptional. The theater is always clean, and the customer service is most friendly.
BUT, the highlight employee who defines and represents this fine establishment is EMILY who wears glasses.
She is kind, considerate, friendly, pleasant, professional, and hard working.
It is certainly very delightful to see Emily each Friday and to enjoy a few pleasurable moments of conversation.

I love coming to this location to watch movies with my son & never had bad customer service from Regal employees. Today, it has officially received a 1 star from me due to poor food quality, false pricing on food & an employee making sure that he was in the right. I already completed my survey that was provided on my receipt. If you do come here, make sure that the person that is taking your order, that they're knowledgeable & now what they are doing. The 1st associate, his name is David, didn't mention to me that I ordered my popcorn bucket he didn't mention that it didn't come with popcorn. Until a 3rd associate had told me that it didn't come with popcorn. Before I was told about the whole no popcorn with the bucket, the 2nd associate had given me a lot of broken chips for my nachos. He had poured the chips that were already opened & completely empty. How can Regal theaters let their associates give broken chips to their guests, let alone to a chef that know what great service & great food are the best part of being in the hospitality industry. Management needs to oversee what is going on & make sure that the food quality is there, not to send poor quality food for all the guests.

I have to say that i been xoming to this tbeathwr since i was a little firl with my mom n dad, and now i come w9th both of my kids and we love it so much. The peple they are great and very friendly. I have tp say its the best place to take your family for a movie night .. i will keep coming here untill i cant no longer walk. Thank you Edwards theathwr for amking me feel like home.

I have loved Barbie since I was a child and to be able to share this experience with my daughter was the greatest feeling ever!

This movie theater made the experience all the better. The reclining seating, the snacks, hot foods, arcade, and all! They shouldn't change anything at all.

Can I give Regal Edward Alhambra 10 stars because 5 isn't enough! Oh if you hadn't signed up already, run to sign up for Regal Crown Club! The perks are well worth it even on the basic membership which is free (I have it ?)

Such a pleasant experience. The whole venue is immaculate and the customer service specialists are friendly. Plus, the IMAX experience was totally enjoyable!
This theatre is absolutely recommended!!!
