If I could give 10 starts I would. I initially spoke with Rick Gibson inquiring about a truck I’ve been looking for. From the beginning he was friendly, informative and thorough. I had a great feeling about him, unlike any other dealer or dealership transactions I’ve done in the past. We made the 9 hour drive to pick up our new truck. He was again extremely friendly, accommodating and fair. The price he told me is the exact price we paid, no gimmicks or hidden fees. We had something come up and he quickly addressed it. He really made us feel welcomed. Suzanne was very efficient and thorough with the paperwork. I would drive 18 hours round trip again, just to deal with Rick and his team. Thank you so much for the truck and the hospitality.

Had a great experience buying a car here. Both Doug and Mike were amazing to work with, they were very knowledgable and informative through the whole process. Like others have said, buying a car can be a bit stressful but they really made me feel as ease and they didn’t put pressure on me. Steve, the financial manager was also very nice and helpful. They all have a great attitude. I would highly recommend them!

Where to begin: Family brought the car in on a recall, mind you that nothing else was wrong with the car. Initially, it took two days of back-and-forth on whether it would be covered or not under the recall. Ultimately, we provided documentation, and it was indeed covered under the recall. So they ordered the parts and a week later, received the parts and finally offered us a loaner vehicle. A few days later, we got a call (not surprised at all) that they “found more wrong with the vehicle. Again, nothing else was wrong with it until we got there. So now our $120 bill became a $1000 bill, which we ultimately followed their advice and proceeded. Then, a day later, we got a call that while the technician was Working on the car, a rotor was broken. There was no apology, but rather, they requested to have us pay for the rotor and our bill would have been $2,000. After more back-and-forth, We got the price back down to $1000. There was never an admit to fault or apology for what they did. I wish I was done, but the day we finally went to pick up the car after 2 1/2 weeks in their shop, we immediately pulled out of their driveway and the brakes began to smell and lock up. this was after we left the car there an extra day to be test drove by a manager personally. We turned it around and as soon as we pulled into the lot, they knew exactly what happened. Apparently , the ABS system Was never switched. anybody in their right mind could get behind that wheel and immediately know something was not right. When I asked if a manager did indeed test drive it, we were told that they were unsure. After that, two more days past. We did not get a single apology or credit. And throughout the entire process, We requested three different phone calls that we simply did not get. Complete lack of communication, poor quality service, and in no way professional. I hate leaving bad reviews for companies, but I do not wish this on anyone. 1 star is generous.

I’ve had such a pleasant experience with this dealership and the staff. Zach my sales rep was genuine and never made me feel pressured. I love my “new to me” Acura sooo much! I feel confident that they deliver on their word and aim for customer satisfaction as their highest intent. He even drove my car to my place when I didn’t have an extra driver but wanted my car that day! Thanks guys I appreciate you!

I don’t like to blast companies on review sites, but I received a text to take a short survey and it brought me to a Google review. I went the extra step to call over to the dealership a few minutes ago before posting, but my call was not answered, so here I go:
My husband had a car in mind prior to getting to the dealership. He test drove it and decided to buy. He called me and I immediately met him there to help with the purchase of the vehicle. I had a specific question about the car and the salesperson blew me off. Went inside to process the paperwork. I was already approved with a loan in hand from my bank. The salesperson was clearly annoyed that I wanted to use my own bank but their own financing team said that they couldn’t improve upon the terms of my loan. He said I would have to pay a $500 deposit until the EFT went through (although the financing team didn’t ask for $500 and I was able to go without paying it so not sure if that was an empty threat or ?) This dealership clearly does not want to work with anyone with outside financing. After handling the preliminary paperwork, I asked again about my specific car question. The salesperson blew me off a second and third time. Wasn’t able to take the car home right away because they wanted to make sure the EFT went through (first time ever!) Came back a few days later to pick up the car. Went through the paperwork and every single document that discussed a warranty was not “checked” appropriately. I had to ask them to check the warranty boxes before I signed. I was presented a random print out of recalls for our vehicle and asked to sign on a handwritten signature line with no clear explanation of what I was signing? I inquired and the sales person also didn't know what I was signing and gave me the run around. He brought someone to the desk from the service center to verbally tell me that there were no active recalls on the vehicle, but neither of them could tell me what I was signing? After refusing to sign it, he tossed the paper aside and said I didn’t need to sign it I had the vehicle inspection list and I asked to look at the car with the checklist. The salesperson said he would follow me out to review with me. I again asked about the question specific to my car and he said, “You know you are buying a used car, right?” Of course I understood this. My frustration was asking the question multiple times and his inability to give me a straight answer and he kept saying “he couldn’t see it.” We finished the transaction of the car and he again said that he couldn’t see the issue and I said, “Respectully, I disagree.” At that point, our transaction was over.
I have never had to argue with someone so much to buy something. We could have been in and out. I wouldn’t recommend using this dealership if you want to use your own financing or if you want to feel as if you aren’t being taken advantage of.
Again, I tried calling the dealership after receiving this request to complete a Google survey so I could give feedback privately. Also looked for an email address on their website, but didn’t see one.

The experience at karl flammer was great we bought a 2023 ford explorer steve was our salesman he was great he made everything real quick easy and smooth with us driving almost 2 hours he made sure everything was set up so that all we had to do was make sure we liked the car sign paperwork and leave. I will definitely be purchasing from here again next time were ready
