I’m thrilled to share my positive experience with Sam's Club! This store stands out for its cleanliness and ease of navigation, making every shopping trip a breeze. The aisles are well-organized, so finding what you need is straightforward.

The fresh meat and produce are top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for the quality. I’ve also been consistently impressed with their daily-prepared sushi—it’s always fresh and delicious. Additionally, the bathrooms are always spotless, which is a big plus. Overall, Sam's Club delivers a fantastic shopping experience every time!

12/27/2020 = 4 Star = Add 1 star coz i got good deal on cups , im just planning to buy few but when i scan the bar using my Sam's Club App , it said $4.91 , Original prize are more than $9.00

8/1/20 = 3 star = a bit busy but okey today . Minus 1 star . Some shelves are out of stock.

9/1/19 = 4 Star = most of representatives are not smiling i give 4 star in 2018 , today is 3 star .
2018 = 3 Star = the bad thing costumer service desk take long time to take care of it .

Should have checked here before going to this tire shop.
Bought the tire online when i was there with tire shops employee. Cause they don’t have apple pay, i have to do it through app.

He scheduled tire installation date after 8 days, tried confirming over the phone, it was horrible experience, worst than any other help center, cant track anything.
Went there next day at my appointment, they said tire is not here. I took off to fix it, they said we don’t have it, we cant fix, we don’t know when it gonna arrive. They ask just walk-in when you get email.
In meantime there was no way to track the tires purchase.
Got email after 11 days that tire is there.
Walked in next day taking day off early, they said cant take you we are busy and have appointments. If thats the case why the hell i was asked to walk-in?
Still waiting to get it replaced 🙁

Called over the phone for some tires for my mini Cooper. Was surprise with how professional and kind the person was. They immediately took my car in and was able to have everything fixed and completed in just a span of about 2 hours. Highly recommend coming here for tires nothing really compares to their warranty as well as their service Great job.

First time in this Sam's location. The location is in a lot that has heavy car and foot traffic. Can be very difficult to navigate esp on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Once in the store most of the employees are very helpful, considerate, and willing to assist customers.

Very clean, wide aisles unlike Costco. Great selection but the downfall is the clothing area. Very limited in clothes as compared to Costco but you can actually find your size which is very refreshing. Everything else is same or less than Costco which is another plus.

The bathrooms are extremely clean better than Costco. There is never a line.

The checkout area is so open and free flowing without waits unlike Costco. There are self service checkouts, stop purchase options, drive up options, etc. The checkout at the door is more streamlined and thorough than Costco's.

Their food eatery is fantastic. They offer everything for a much better price than Costco. Truly. Love this area. Downside is the Food Section doesn't have any tables setup right now dt covid so you have to eat outside. The hotdog buns r actually fresh and not soggy like Costco. The drink selections are wonderful. All coke and Pepsi products, juices, etc. To choose from one you pay for your beverage.

All in all I would choose Sam's over Costco anytime.

I like it for all the cool stuff for kids and adults. We just picked up a very nice little refrigerator with freezer just in time for family Christmas (outdoors, weather permitting). Really enjoying the curbside pickup for groceries and sundries. We very much appreciate the large selection of electronics. We also appreciate the optometrist and opticians, they are both excellent and reasonably priced.

I was surprised that this La Habra location was not crowded on a Saturday early evening. I was able to get some items but the store doesn’t have everything I viewed online. Then it was a bee line to the self checkout with no line then out the door. The eating area was crowded though.

Eddie was RUDE and very impatient. I liked this Sam's Club except for the employee that wasn't patient enough to help. Don't bring politics into a conversation as an excuse for not knowing answers. What does Newsom have to do with the register. You don't like your job. QUIT!
