Clean, bright and the seats are comfy. Yes, the mall it’s located in is dead now, but this place still works hard to keep up appearances and offer movies. I had the whole theater to myself on a Monday afternoon. Plus, the seats are wide, made of leather, and comfy!

How times have you had to show your ID when you go to the movies? For me it's every time. The lady was letting every person in. Until she got to me. I needed to show my ID. I forgot my wallet this time. they told me I had to buy another ticket. I didnt have my wallet!! They kicked me out. I drove all the way back home. Got my ID. Drove back, just so I could be with some friends and watch a movie. When I got back to this theater.. again... I see them letting everyone in without checking IDs.

This is not the first time. It's every time. I see people just walk in, no problem, until they get to me.

I came to this theater because I wanted to hang out with some friends and have a good time. I did not get that coming out of this theater.

Coming into this movie 20-40 minutes late, while this film is playing, I'm annoyed. How can anyone enjoy a film and have a good experience after going through all that?

Very polite concession worker whoe helped me as quickly as possible. Had a concern about a man talking to himself in our auditorium and when I reported the concern, a member of staff checked on him pretty fast. He talked the whole time until he left early. That's not the theater's fault, though. I was just happy they checked on the complaint and the man didn't seem to be a danger to anyone. Had an overall nice night out.

My family's favorite theatre due to their recliners ? ?.

Nice good-sized audience size for a theater. Not too crowded. No one was talking throughout the movie the time we went.

Parking: At first, you can easily get lost trying to find the closest parking to this theater. You would have to go all the way around looking for exactly the AMC theatres sign, and you'll be able to find the closest parking.

Restrooms are oddly placed in a corner from our theater. We'd have to pass many theaters to get to the restroom that they would have staff to constantly pass by to check if anybody is theater hopping, which is a good thing but also can be annoying too. Felt like one of those store workers following you around throughout a small store constantly asking if you are going to buy anything, lol.

We will still definitely come back here since again because of the recliners, and this location is also close by another family's favorite, Crispy Cream / Creme whatever.

Another thing about the restrooms: wish they'd change the battery for the paper towel dispenser since it takes an eternity for it to dispense. Made me miss out on the first few minutes of the movie.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN
Im visiting California & rented a very small foldable scooter to get around.
There's no one at the box office so tickets are self serve.. the ticket ? agent Rachel (nice young woman) ripped my ticket & told me my theater direction as i walked in with scooter, ? I got in popcorn line instead (which was long..but moving) after about 10min i was loudly confronted by a member making a scene. I was instructed to get out of line and take the scooter to leave outside. I feel like all things considered.. they could've come up with an accommodation for miscomm on their part. I should've never been allowed into the movies..nor allowed to spend my money (which is now tied up in limbo) only to be made an example of publicly in the middle of the line..Im not saying Race plays a role here. But i was the only Blk person in the establishment. I spoke with a security guard on the way out . HE SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO BRING IT TO SECURITY FOR YOU & ENJOY YOUR SHOW.
they all know the policies of the mall security & knew it would be completely possible.

I go here 2 or 3 times a week and almost always have a good experience. Clean screens, great projectors, and very friendly staff. A couple theaters could use new speakers but it’s never been that big a problem. By far the best amc in the area.

Theater 10 - seat leg won't extend and you left the lights on for the trailers. Last time the movie started late after a long time of black screen and during Barbie the video was double for the first few minutes. Friendly concessions staff but inconsistent movie going experience...

Still pretty Good. It has Dolby, Laser, 3D, IMAX movies.
