Went here with family. Had a good time, and the staff was friendly. My little sister had a good time as this was her first time in the movie theater. She was annoyed by the ads and stuff, but that's what you get for getting there 30 minutes earlier.

Went for the first time. Was amazed how big the building was. It didn't have any Regal sign so I was thrown off a bit. It had a huge Edward outside with like ruins and stuff.
We walked in and were greeted by a staff member who was very polite, and a big cart of dots ice cream.
The place was a bit empty but was really clean!
They had a good amount of games to play while you wait for your movie. Nice snack variety.
Got to our theater room and boom! Old @$$ seats.
They need to update the place. Other Regal locations have more updated seating and speakers.
Overall I would come back for sure. Just hope they get an update soon!

Such a beautiful theater. The seats were well shined and comfy. Concessions were well priced and adequate. My only issue was the lack of service by 3 employees when I entered. I stood at box office, and they looked but at me BUT did not end their conversation. I finally approached them to inquire how to buy tickets. I almost left but decided to stay. Glad I did because this is a gem

I took my little ones to see IF on a Tuesday. It was quite empty which was a good thing because there were no lines at the snack bar.
Theatre 5 was empty, no one was there.

The seats are old so they do not recline.
They are cloth material (suede) so they were very stained... which was uncomfortable to me... all I could do was spray sanitizer on them before we sat down.
But we were able to see our movie.
I purchased the tickets on the regal website so I picked out where we would sit and so our seats were assigned to us.

It was an ok experience.
The bathrooms were very very clean, they had paper towels and soap.

My wife and I attended the 2:20pm showing of Alien: Romulus this past Sunday (8/25/24) at the Regal South Gate. I have to say the customer service at concession stand was top notch. I wish I saw his name tag but he had long dark hair(in a ponytail) and mustache. He was so helpful answering my questions about my reward discounts on our food order. He even asked what movie we were watching; and he wanted to check out the new CROW movie. He was such a personable guy. You don't see that much nowadays. Then after the movie ended, we saw him again (as an usher) and asked how we liked the film. Simply the best. cheers!

On 9/06/2024 around 10:30 pm at the concession stand an employee by the name Diego was not as helpful . As I approached to give my order I was hi no response as I was giving him my order he was speak up I can not hear you I was ok at the moment I had already felt it was not going to go well, I had asked which where the size of a medium drink and popcorn and he pointed to the back saying those in the middle , I told him let me have those size . As his other co worker brought the popcorn I said that’s the medium he stated no is a large I was no I asked for a medium he was well you said large and that’s the combo , I was no I asked for a medium never asked for a large or a combo. He continued back and forth and giving me an attitude , I did not want to continue back and forth with him because he seem he was not enjoying being at the concession stand, so I decided to report it with the manager, according to the employees I approached the manager was not there he had gone for the day, so i decided to write the review , I have gone to this movie theatre for years and I never had an experience as I did yesterday

Average experience.
The location is grate...enough parking space.
The welcoming as you enter the theater is nice.
The out side look is nice it gets your attention but the inside look I think is outdated. As you enter there are two game spots for you to entertain your self while waiting for a movie to start. Food court is very slow eventhough there are two food courts, the times I have been here the second food court is always close. I have no idea why but having both spots open so people can get their food, drinks and snacks faster would be great since they take for ever with the food orders and employees have no training whatsoever. You are standing right at one of the hallways waiting for you food and you don't know whose giving it to you. I used to see only two employees in the food court and a bunch of employees just walking around with their radios in hand doing nothing. The auditoriums have an okay size but the seats need a deep cleaning specially with bed bugs being found in some movie theaters now a days even though they are following health procedures guidelines. It would be a great experience if movie theaters owners would take the care an time to train their employees an care about us as well since we are the ones spending our money there to have an excellent experience from the moment we stepped in the theater.

Movie theater is impecable. My only gripe is that I complained about the sound of theatre #10. I told them the speakers sounded popped. The girl at the register made it seem like she was going to do something about it, but she didn't do anything. I didn't want to keep going to the register, because I was with my family. Kids were just happy to be there. It just socks how no one cares anymore. I spent $160 today on the movies! I think a complaint should matter. I honestly hope customer service becomes better. Watching a movie for 2 hours while hearing popped speakers is not a good look for people trying to make it back to theatre's to have a good time. Hope everyone else's experience is way better
