I brought a 2009 Mercury Sable to McCoy Ford about 6 months ago with a brake issue. I was quoted $2500 to repair. After 2 months I did not hear a word about the progress. I went to the dealership and talked with the maintenance supervisor and I was not impressed. He told me that the master cylinder for that model was discontinued. I cannot believe that there is not a replacement part for this vehicle. I don't think that there is an effort to find a suitable replacement. Over the last six months no one from McCoy has tried to call me and I don't believe they have tried to contact other Ford dealerships or a Ford engineer for a solution. Very poor communication and they don't care about the customers.

Let me start this review but saying that I bought a Used F150 in 2021 and have had it serviced here until this year. I also bought a brand new bronco sport from this dealership in 2022. I’ve had small issues with the dealership for years that I foolishly overlooked, however I’ll account the one that is the reason I will not do business with them anymore. I set up an appointment for my truck and took it up there at around 8am. They was supposed to be looking into a vibration that I had at speed and a rough squeaking noise. Around 3 I got a call and they told me that I needed new sway bar bushings and a front wheel bearing but they couldn’t give me a quote at all for the job. They said they would call back with a quote but they didn’t and I did not get my truck back that day. The next morning as soon as I wake up I went up there and no one seemed to know why I didn’t get a quote but they gave it to me in person. The quote for sway bar bushings and a front wheel bearing was 2.2k and would be more than a week before I got the truck back and wouldn’t give me a rental because I didn’t “qualify” even though I bought a brand new car from them. They also wanted me to buy a new set of tires that they hadn’t put on the quote. That’s absolutely nuts. I took the truck and took it straight to Anderson ford where they came to the conclusion that the sway bar bushings was fine. The actual issue the vehicle was having was a front wheel bearing and the lift kit needing to be adjusted and tightened. They also done brakes on the whole truck and charged me HALF of what Carolina ford was gonna cost without actually fixing the problem. Do yourself a favor and don’t go through the hassle of dealing with this dealership, they will overcharge and aggravate you, save your time, save your money, buy somewhere else.

Helpful in making my purchase rather simple! Alyssa and Blair were easy to work with. The team were welcoming, easy to speak with and enjoyable when there’s always stress purchasing a vehicle. 5 star visit.

Would not recommend to anyone. They have decent prices, but their staff is a joke, starting with the GM. Completely unprofessional. They don't uphold what they say they'll do. This picture is of my back seat everytime it rains.. Bought the truck on a sunny day, and didn't know it leaked. It sat on their lot for months so I know they were aware of it. Guy named frank was over service when I realized it leaked. He said they'd get it fixed for me, but the GM (complete pr!ck) said "no, you bought the truck as is". Do not deal with them. Soooo freaking crooked and deceitful.

I had an issue with my suv and took it to Ford. A previous mechanic told me I had an electrical issue so I said it would be best for me to take it to a certified dealer. I was told that it was fixed and had some electrical issues indeed and it was released in good standing. Not even a week later my car stopped working again and they said they would check it out and see what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that I needed a new battery. I had recently bought a battery not even 2 weeks prior to this happening. I returned the original battery and bought a battery from Ford. I also informed them during this time the latch on my trunk seemed to be the triggering issue and they said they would take a look at it. When the car was returned the latch was still not working. The car was taken back to the dealership. At this point they requested more money to now fix a latch because that’s what was probably draining my battery. I didn’t understand especially after I told them to take a look at the latch the second time it was in the shop. I called and spoke to Casey and she said she would have a manager respond back to me and it has now been 3 weeks with no word from her nor a manager. If they didn’t know what the initial issue was they should have told me and I could have taken it to another dealership that maybe could’ve fixed the issue the first go around.

EDIT: someone said they would reach out, but never did. My trunk is still not working at all.

Scheduled an appointment for repair, approx 3 weeks in advance. Was offered pickup of my truck, since I work out of town during the week. Called multiple times on Jan 8 ( scheduled repair day). Never spoke to anyone in service department. Message left and never returned. Truck was never picked up. If not going to do it, don't offer. Would be nice to be informed if anything changes. Ma
ybe not important enough.
Issues were resolved. My Irish/Italian temper needed checking. Service department bent over backwards to resolve recall and warranty work. Thanks

Lied about mileage on a truck. Said it had been drove around the lot, however it was 14,000 difference on the miles. Ended up having an oil leak and were unwilling to negotiate the repair price off the truck. Sales rep tried telling me the truck was $5,000 more than the price listed online. Terrible sales professionals. I’ve bought many trucks. If you’re looking to buy a car or a truck go to Ballentine ford
