My husband was looking for a Bronco Sport but there were specifics he wanted. We had looked online and called around until we reached Eric about 1 hour prior to the dealership closing. He said he would go out and check the lot and send us photos and videos. Sure enough he had the vehicle we were looking for and had it pulled out since we live in Orlando. The first thing the next morning we went out to test drive with the store manager Zack because Eric was not yet available. We loved it and Eric processed the paperwork while Zack worked on getting us the best deal. It was the best dealership experience ever. It didn’t take all day, my husband got the car he really wanted and we are content with the price. All around great people to work with!

Walked into Gary Yeomans Ford and was greeted by Matthew right away. He gave me a breakdown on everything and had a lot of recommendations. His service was excellent and he makes a mean mocha coffee so make sure to put him to work. I ended up feeling so comfortable with the service I ended up buying 2 brand new vehicles the same day. I got out of work late and the crew stayed till 10pm to help us close. The professionalism and service should receive 10 stars!!!!!

Gary Yeomans Palm Bay Ford is a bright, beautiful, clean and welcoming family friendly dealership with complementary popcorn, water bottles, coffee and tea station. It was a big plus as first time parents visiting with a four month old baby that the restrooms were sanitary and offered clean changing table stations in both the men’s and women’s rooms.

We have been in the market for a mini van and my husband sourced a van from Car Gurus at this dealership. The van was everything we’ve been looking for; price, mileage and CLEAN carfax.

My husband called Yeoman when they opened and had a brief but promising conversation with Nicholas and Colton.
We knew that if the van drove well we would buy it and he told Nicholas and Colton that.

We drove 40 minutes to test drive the vehicle and John helped us on-site. Nicholas and Colton popped in to check on us every so often too as they were assisting other guests when we arrived.

John was attentive, personable and a great listener. He and my husband test drove the van and John offered to transfer the car seat so our son and I could join the car ride. John was so kind to lend us his phone charger since my phone died. John offered us 2 slices of pizza from the team’s lunchroom, 2 sodas; which we’re certain he paid for from the vending machine from his own pocket and 2 snack bags (1 with chocolate covered pretzels and 1 with pita chips) that his wife prepared for his own lunch. As first time parents visiting the dealership with our four month old and having spent 3+ hours working the deal, it was so thoughtful and generous of him to treat us so kindly and relating to us as a parent himself.

John and the entire team at Yeoman were so sweet to our son. Anyone that walked by wanted to see him and asked how old he was. One of the sales associates even logged into their own personal Disney Plus account for our son to watch Disney while we waited on finance to wrapping up with other guests.

The entire experience was positive. We had a bottom line budget in mind and Yeoman made it happen. We had visited at least 3 other dealerships in the last three days and were met with obstacles, pressure to be put into a vehicle we didn’t want and crass attitudes when we opposed the offer.

Visiting Yeoman was a breath of fresh air.
We were not pressured at all. Visiting car dealerships can be a lengthy process, even when you’re a prepared and informed buyer, even though it was a long day it was so nice to be in the company of great people.

We purchased a certified pre owned 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited minivan (with all the bells and whistles)! We will absolutely be back in the future if we have another need for a new vehicle and refer friends and family.
