Eddy very nice however my car has had same issue since June 21, 2023…touchscreen stops working freezing up you have zero control, no navigation, no heat-air conditioning - nothing…they have my car 5 days said can’t get Ford to call back because they can’t fix issue…said I can pick up, I want car repair done. Also 4 times at Alan Jay and it doesn’t show up on my service records. Ford has failed at customer service. BTW my car has 13,466 miles it’s a ford edge 2021. If you search the Internet, this is an ongoing issue for the Ford. I think this is my last ford.

Went in with what I thought was a major problem and they checked my truck out thoroughly and found it to just be settings in the computer. They reset everything and sent me on my way, same day. Wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to them for any future service

We were visiting Florida from out of state when our truck started sending shutdown errors. We contacted the service advisor Garry Sichler and he was beyond helpful. I just traded my vehicle in for a pre-owned. I go to detail my new truck and find a rust bubble. Rust under the paint. No warranty I bought covers it, best they can do is fix it for $575. When you're on a fixed income and now have payments, it's hard, but I needed a truck for work.I messed up missing the tiny bubble when purchasing the vehicle but can I not get some sort of help, maybe a discount to help me get it fixed before it spreads? Apparently not.

I was looking to downsize to smaller crossover SUV and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Salerno. Anthony’s attention to detail and knowledge of all the models made it easy to make a decision. I would highly recommend Alan Jay, and would ask for Anthony. Whether you have questions about makes and models or know exactly what you want the level of customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations.

This is the 2016 Focus I purchased from Alan Jay in July 2016 and Love it. I got hooked on the Focus when I purchased a 2009 from Alan Jay. It drives like a dream and gets great fuel mileage and the get and go when needed.
