At 10:15 PM on a Monday evening, there was only one checker with at least 12 people in line. After a customer complained, they brought out another checker. Now we have six or seven in each line. They do not open a self checkout line. So we are all forced to go through regular check out.

Love this store’s Specialty Cheese case!!!!! They have an optimal variety to prep an award winning cheese board and charcuterie, too. Hoping all you pairing wine folks know what’s good for you while you tip your glasses…if not-Just pick 3 varieties from this case and you’ll definitely make an impression at the next gathering.

Great selection of fresh produce. Ordering from the butcher was a such a pleasant experience, he was so friendly and helpful. So much that I would go out of my way to buy meat from this location again.

It is sad to know that at this location, your employees intimate your managers and they all feel free, to disrespect delivery drivers. Not thinking about how much we expand the business for you. I was in disbelief by no action taken to make the situation any better, from your General Manager at this location. Who said was in charge of the area as well and did not provide me any other number. I will make drivers aware of your location as it seems you guys don't want our business. Since, one of your employees (working for packing delivery orders) told me to "Shut up, and to go and deliver my little $10 dollar order?" All because she was in 0 communication with the other girl she was working with. No wonder my orders where not ready. Zero management!!! It is serious to me. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. As I will not allow for her nor your employees/managers at this location to disrespect anyone else, again. I can only imagine the poor mentality they must have about your customers, if they can't realize how we work together... to give them a job and to open them more positions in order for them to get hours! Until no action is being taken, I will NEVER SUPPORT ANY VONS STORE AGAIN! Not as a customer nor a delivery driver.

Well organize store and clean. They have great produce. I gave them a 3 starts because the store was busy with long line and they only had 2 registers open so inconvenience.

I just left Vons just now. I bought a couple of things that I needed for my burrito. I stopped by at their indoor Starbucks and while I was waiting for my coffee I heard yelling. I heard a man arguing with someone and as I turned around it was their security guard on his cell phone. I was surprised that they’re letting him be on the phone while working and he makes it so obvious too cause he doesn’t have an ear piece. Being a security guard you have to be alert and prepared for anything that could possibly happen. How is he going to theft prevention or anything from happening when he is not focused on his job. I already saw him when I walked in. I thought he was a customer cause he was already on his phone when I entered the store. I believe that this guy is in the wrong field and Vons is wasting their money to pay him. I don’t know if the supervisor or manager can talk to about his duties cause the manager/supervisor is in charge of self pay machine tonight I am sure he has seen him cause he’s been on his phone for a while. You guys should find someone new. Whatever happened to the older fellow.
