This is my first review in 44 years. This place, despite having a good location, lacks polite and professional staff.

I went to repair a tire because it had a screw, I asked the counter to add the tire balancing service ($29.99 for 4-wheel). While they were working on the front tires, I asked the mechanic if the brake pads needed changing. He tells me that they are fine.

Several minutes later, the counter woman informs me that the car is ready, and they are going to take it out of the workshop. I inform her that the rear tires have not been balanced. She asks me why I want to balance the rear tire if the vibration is produced by the front tires, not the rear tires. I told her that eventually the tires were going to be rotated and I had paid to balance the 4 wheels but before I could finish, she turned around and went to the shop to tell the mechanic that he had to balance the rear tires. The mechanic quickly came into the waiting room to ask me why I hadn't told him that he had to balance the rear tire? Surprised, I showed him my receipt indicating the 4-wheel service. He turned around and headed to the workshop to continue complaining with the other employees.

I was able to talk to the mechanic later and I specified that I was no one to tell him what to do because I was not his boss. I was just a customer who had paid for a specific service. The mechanic apologized but the other mechanic got up upset, pushed the mechanic to leave and yelled at him to go away and shut up because he didn't have to apologize.

Eventually they gave me the car keys and I was able to leave. The girl at the counter never apologized and the tires were not filled to the pressure specified on the purchase receipt. I give it 2 stars out of 5 because at least the car doesn't vibrate on the highway.

Came in just 30 minutes before they closed to get a quick tire change from a flat and were very helpful regardless. Andrew got me in and out of the shop with no problems. Great people in there ?

Worst service and horrible timing. Kept being told it was going to take a certain amount of time which kept extending. Will never be back!

I had an appointment for an oil change yet they didn't have what they needed in stock knowing I was coming in. Turning a 45 min service into over 4 hours of waiting! Incredibly upset and I don't even think I should pay for it.

WARNING !! WARNING!! I recently brought my 2013 BMW 328i to Tire Choice #1245 MV91347 7800 West Okeechobee blvd. West Palm Beach, 33411 to have my tires changed. During the visit, they recommended aligning my rear tires to help with wear. I specifically asked if they were skilled at this, as I didn't want my car damaged. They assured me they had a highly skilled technician and that it wouldn't be an issue.

After the alignment, they charged me for aligning all four tires, which I didn't initially mind. However, upon driving home, my car was pulling heavily to the right. When I initially received the keys, they didn't provide an alignment sheet, nor did they mention any issues with my car.

I returned to the shop to address the pulling issue. After waiting a significant amount of time, they informed me that my lower control arms and inner tie rods were problematic and needed repair. Despite this, the car still pulls to the right, and the steering wheel is misaligned.

To be clear, before bringing my car to Tire Choice, it was driving straight with a perfectly aligned steering wheel. The only reason I visited was to have my rear tires changed. This entire experience has been highly frustrating and unsatisfactory. I urge corporate to address this matter promptly and ensure that such issues do not recur. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution. THE YOUNG LADY AT FRONT DESK IS VERY RUDE.

I got an oil change from them 2 weeks ago. Immediately after I left, I notice my oil light was blinking, but I thought nothing of it because it would shut off once I start driving for a while. Then I noticed it was coming on more often until I started hearing a sound coming from my car. After having confirmed twice! There was absolutely NO oil in my engine! I haven’t had any leaks, so that means that they didn’t put any in there! THEY ROBBED ME AND POTENTIALLY RUINED MY VEHICLE!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CARS HERE! We have been using this location for almost 5 years- thousands of dollars spent on personal and work vehicles. But I will never bring a car here ever again. My stepdaughter's Kia Optima would not turn on or jumpstart. We thought it was a dead battery, we had the car towed, they diagnosed it and said it was the "Starter" and wanted to charge almost $800 to fix it. We had the car towed back to our house (paid for 2 tows). I called a mobile mechanic to our house today-- and it was a DEAD BATTERY!!! They replaced the battery onsite and I paid $409. But the biggest issue I have is that in December'22 we replaced the battery in this car with TIRE CHOICE, it was under warranty!!!! NOBODY bothered to look at the vehicle records or tried the battery-- they diagnosed it as a bad "Starter". Had I replaced the Starter, the car would have still needed a NEW BATTERY!!!! I called today and spoke to the assistant manager- she had no knowledge of how long the battery warranties were on the products that they sell-- HUGE problem. She found the vehicle record for the battery that was purchased in December of 22 - confirmed that it had a 2 year warranty after she asked another employee about the warranty-- and she did nothing. I told her that we needed to be compensated for this and she still did nothing. I asked her to call the GM to tell them of the situation and she refused to call them on their day off. When I asked for her name and she hung up on me. NEVER will they EVER get a single dime from us again. I would not trust your vehicles with these people EVER
