I brought my truck to the shop to diagnose an issue where my fuel tank would never fill up properly and the pump would constantly click off. The service desk Victoria told me they needed to replace the fuel tank and the neck (o ring) , assuring me this would resolve the problem.

However, not even a fews day after they charged me and returned the truck to my associate (who brought it in for service again ), the issue came back. They provided us with a loaner vehicle for a week, and later today Victoria, a representative, called to inform me that they now needed another $1,000 for parts to replace the charcoal canister. She also offered a $500 discount.

My argument is this: why didn’t the technician diagnose the issue properly the first time? I paid over $3000 for repairs, and it’s clear they never even filled the truck to confirm if the problem was resolved. This shows poor workmanship and laziness on the part of their mechanics of Mechanic or (Technician No:70028)

After you pay the bill, they print out a copy of the rating and ask you to give them a good review.

I can't speak to the sales side, but I was terribly disappointed in my service experience. On a Tuesday I made an appointment for Thursday. On Wednesday evening I was called to say they were behind and needed to bump my appt. I assumed for later Thurs or even Fri, but they were bumping me a whole week to the following Thurs. There is no way they accidentally got a week behind in a day and a half. This is mismanagement, miscommunication, and disrespect to the nth degree. I cancelled my appointment and was never contacted to try and smooth things. I'm not a mechanic, but I only had a loose trim piece that could not have taken long to fix. Unfortunately for them, they must not realize that when you disrespect a customer you lose any future service work as well as any consideration for future vehicle purchases. I hope it was worth it.
