Put car in to get brake discs and pads 2nd July, still not back 12th July, been misled about issues and even location of my car and customer service varies between indifferent, rude and condescending. Weekend plans now on hold as unlike Arnold Clark I don't think it is safe to jam an 18 month and a 7 year old in the back of a Fiat 500 courtesy car, about a foot from the rear bumper, while travelling up and down the length of the A9, the most dangerous road in Scotland.

Your customer services are not interested, they were as rude as your service manager is and said they have no control over courtesy cars. It sounds like they went to the Nicola Sturgeon school of tact and diplomacy. I have bought my last six cars from you but I will never be back and I would urge anyone thinking of buying from you to go elsewhere. How you deal with problems is the essence of customer service and you are well below any acceptable mark.

Got car back on 17th, window control buttons on drivers door all damaged and rear camera dash cam they disconnected is no longer working.
