I was reluctant to go near Arnold Clark after an awful experience with our local branch but a friend of mine reassured me that the Bearsden branch is different. I trusted him and got in touch with Marshall in the showroom. Almost immediately he had sent me pictures of potential models that fitted in my budget. There was never any hard sell but neither did I feel he was disinterested. We have been through a number of disappointments on our road to getting the right car but he has continued to keep trying until we finally settled on a car that we were very happy with.
I would still be reluctant to recommend AC to anyone. However I would also be quick to recommend these guys to anyone looking for help buying a car. I hope AC takes a leaf out of their book and look after other customers in the same way. Thanks everyone. All the best.

Never I have I ever been treated with so much respect and understanding from a dealership before. Abousoltly outstanding service from these guys . I stay in falkirk had a few issues with my original dealership. So after a quick search on Google Baresden had the best reviews. I contacted the branch, they had me in the next day .then agreed to take the car in to look at it . I got a courtesy car and was kept informed all the way through the process. I would like to thank Heather and Gordon very much . Unfortunately for the branch they are stuck with me now as a new customer ?.
