Kam was very friendly and professional all through the process of buying the car. Had to drive 5 hours to view the car but Kam made sure everything was ready when we came to collect. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a car, and will come here when I choose the next one.

I found a Citroen C4 online at this dealership, and as I'm in the gateshead area I couldn't just nip along to view it, so emailed to see if it was still available.
The next day Mark Sidlow called me and told me it was still available, so I paid a deposit saying I'd drive down the following Saturday to collect it as it was a fantastic deal.
Mark was very helpful and friendly and professional. He did all of the required legwork during the week, so when I arrived Saturday the car was parked outside and ready to go. No hard sell of any extra items or products and a few signatures and I was in and out in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. This was by far the easiest and quickest car purchase I've ever made.
I highly recommend Mark and the dealership if you're looking for a car ?

My experience was amazing thanks to DAVE JONES kept me informed on everything about the car i was buying citroen c5 aircross, arrived with a warm greeting from Dave jones set everything on my new car and showed me all the important things I needed to know ready for my journey home which was over 200miles, an honest lovely experience the best experience buying a car ever, not pushy only very helpful was just so enjoyable am more than happy with my new car was a comfortable long drive home but was well worth the journey

I MADE A ENQUIRY ON17.11.24 RE ELECTRIC HYUNDI WITH I THINK MORGAN, I LEFT HIM MY DETAILS OF PX ETC AND THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN, ASKED FOR A VALUATION OF MY VEHICLE AND A WALK ROUND VIDEO OF CAR, I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK ON THE DAY AND VIDEO WOULD FOLLOW.... YES IM STILL WAITING, I SIMPLY DONT BELIEVE CAR DEALERS ARE SO BUSY THEY CANNOT HAVE THE DECENCY OR MANNERS TO CALL YOU BACK OR AT LEAST KEEP IN TOUCH, ANYWAY THATS THE POTENTIAL DEAL OVER BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED!

Hi all.
My brother and I went to this dealership with a view to buy a car. "as you would". We spoke to a very helpfull and pleasant man called Dave Jones. As we were talking about various cars we realised that, to be honest the cars on offer were above our price range.
Dave without any prompting went above and beyond what his job entails and did an absolutely great gesture. He showed us how to log on to Auto Car Sales and went through the process of how to find and a car and trace the history of the M.O.T. This man is a credit to his company and to the belief that car salesmen are out there just to sell you a car proves that it just isn't true.
Thanks to Dave's guideance we have managed to purchace a car.
