1st of all…we didn’t buy a car here and that is because when we arrived it seemed like the gentleman that stopped us to see what we were looking for really didn’t want to help us at all! We came to look for a car from what we saw on car gurus and mentioned that to him and he was like “oh they don’t keep up with that and we probably don’t have it” but it was ALSO on their website and we showed him that! When we did finally find the car it was waaaayyyyy back car from the entrance which was not a problem for us but…it seemed like a problem for him! He asked if we still wanted to see the vehicle and we said yes! So he had to get the key and mentioned to us that he would have to check here and probably there and ask someone else basically all the reasons why he didn’t want to get the key because it was more of an inconvenience for him to walk allllll the way to do his job!

While we waited I had to use the restroom and walked all the way to the front door which I had no problem with! When I got to the door I thought a gentleman was going to greet me and open the door for me but nope! He didn’t say anything and let me pass first so he could head out the door! Not sure where he was going because no one seemed to want to work that day! As I walked to the restroom and back no one said anything to me which I thought was odd! Usually at a car dealership everyone says hi and what can I help you with! Maybe it was just an off day for them!

By the time the other guy got back I guess he asked 3 people about the car and it was sold. Honestly I don’t think there was enough time to ask 3 people and he just didn’t want to help us! I could tell that right away when we searching for the car!

I gave 2 stars because the inside of the dealership is pretty amazing and clean!

I had a great experience at Corwin Toyota. Thad was the associate who assisted me from start to finish. I was coming from Lincoln and making the drive so he made sure the vehicle I was interested was available. He was incredibly accommodating the whole process! Super kind, not pushy at all. Normally car salesman make me feel super awkward but I didn’t feel that way working with Thad! Nigel helped me finish on the finance side of things and he was awesome too! Thoroughly talked me through all my options for extended warranties. Everyone was super nice and it was a great experience all around! I would recommend them to anyone!

I trust them with my car and this is especially important when you have an older car and you need the car to get around and also if you are poor and can’t afford a new car. They have been honest with me regarding my car’s service needs, and I greatly appreciate this.

# Robbery… In the past I have felt beat when purchasing a car. But then I was young and since I have had a lot of great experiences. But this place is the first car dealership that has made me feel Robed. They took my down payment (non refundable) and six months later I still have no car. They said I would have my car in about two weeks. I haven’t even spoke to anyone in over two months. By far the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car! Don’t fall for it like I did. I’ll be reaching out to the owner and the manufacturer real soon at this point keep the car but I will sue for the money!!! You said two weeks six months ago! 0/10 rating

Mr. Alex Salgado made sure I left the dealership with my new SUV happy & content. I came when the power was out after the storm but he made sure I got to see the two cars I came for after looking at the two online. He made sure to update me every day until I left home with my new SUV, he never pressured me to look at other cars, and understood I had a budget. The finance team was also amazing, they also went above and beyond, I got approved at 3-4 banks and they made sure to give me the best deal while working with these banks. I left the dealership happy with my car & extended warranty that didn’t cost much. I’m so happy I came here! My trade-in went smoothly as well!! Thanks to everyone who worked with me!!
