I had an extremely disappointing experience at Corwin Dodge Ram Fiat Springfield missouri, I drove my Dodge Charger SRT 392 there for a Passenger side bulb replacement, Which the salesman told me, they needed to troubleshoot it to make sure it only the bulb that was out and i agreed to that, after 2 hours of waiting, He came back that a new bulb isn't working and my car needed a new headlight assembly, that it was cost me $2,748.27 for a new replacement, and it can't be done same day that i have to get a renter car and come back after two later to get my car, I refused that option, and decided to come back after day to fix it, I ended up paying $375.63 for troubleshooting, after leaving the dealership, I started making researching on youtube and came to find out that the passenger side bulb fuse was burnt reason it was out, I replace it with and they the bulb was working perfectly, I was upset because Corwin Dodge dealership wasted 4 hours of my day without getting a solution to the problem and charged me $375.63. I went back to the dealership to get my refund, and they refused, saying the money I was charged was the 4 hours of their time to troubleshoot the car with no accurate result; after 45 minutes of back and front, they decided to refund $150 back to my card, I was rip-off and they did me wrong, My wife called them and the dude on the phone was so rude, unhelpful and dismissive, making it clear that they charge for troubleshooting with false result.
Overall, I regret doing business with them, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their pricing tactics are deceptive, and they seem more interested in making quick money than ensuring their customers' satisfaction.
