This is a nice place to come and stay. I would have given more stars but they really seem to be short staffed. Or at least when we went. We showed up well after check in time and our room was not ready for another 2 hours. They let us down to pass the time. I did find it odd that there were a ton of wet towels laying next to and on the power sources for the elevators.

We went to Blast off bay for my son’s 10th birthday this year. They made it particularly special for him and all his friends because they all stayed on top of when the guests arrived and bringing out the pizza at a good time after. The waterpark was phenomenal and he liked it a lot. They even put my cupcakes in the fridge and my son’s little birthday slushy on the way home was the top. Thank you so much to Jeff for making this year’s birthday so awesome, shout out for even helping get our things to the car and you sure made it special, I appreciate the staff and thank you all so much

Blast Off Bay could have easily been 4 or 5 stars. Awesome water features. So many things for the kids and adults to do. The biggest and really only problem we had was how cold the water was. We were only there for about an hour because our sons' lips were turning blue and purple from how cold he was. We finally cut our losses when he was shaking and shivering uncontrollably. It wouldn’t have been terrible if we could have warmed up in the hot tub but it was only for adults. It was mostly frustrating to pay the expensive price and only being able to swim for an hour.
If you're curious about the temperature... just look at the lifeguards. Every single one them were wearing hoodies and sweaters...

A very nice inside water park. If you're a kid plenty to do and have fun with. As an adult the choices are; lazy river float, big area at bottom of slide pool area, bar side pool area (water very cold), jacuzzi hot tub area (only heated pool area offered), or boogie board surfing area. There's a concession stand for refreshments and some food items typical choices you would think of. As a guest of the hotel I was given a discount coupon which was nice since I was there for less than 2 hours that made it under $20 for my ticket but after getting a drink and tipping I was at less than $30 total. Favorite thing was trying the
boogie board surfing area and not wiping out and of course the jacuzzi hot tub. Bar after the busy weekend wasn't fully stocked so choices were limited and none of the pool ares except for the jacuzzi area were heated even with it being an indoor water park meant that the water was chillie in most of the other areas.

Shout out to the patient teenagers working the boogie board/surfing station. Very respectful, professional, and lovely people. The park was great, you can get in and out all day if you keep the wristband, towels provided in the bin next to the door, go at 11, and never on Saturdays. All bags should be clear but they will work with you if you don't have one. Water bottles are kept outside the door, you can go out and drink. Try the funnel cake fries. Worth a trip!

It was a fun experience. The height limit for the large slides is 48 in. They do not allow you to anyone under height even accompanied with adult. And the smaller slides. You can take smaller children with you. Towels are provided. Life vests are provided. Food prices on the inside or standard for any event with a concession area. So either feed yourself well or be prepared for tire prices.

There's a swim area for very small children, a swim area for children in their queens or above and an adult only area for the hot tub and bar.

The serve area boogie board area is on a schedule and they will close down the larger slides. Provide adequate lifeguards

Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of space for people to casually sit. However, I do not know if this is a prime time since I came on a Sunday.

Sometimes they do punch cards which you can buy online and if our cheaper rate then the individual tickets and still end up with a couple extra punches depending on the amount of people you're taking

The family enjoyed it and we'll probably come back, but we're going to keep our eyes open for punch cards instead of individual tickets since the price is about $10 less per ticket when you get the card

Had a really great time for a kids party at Blast Off Bay. Pizza was flavorful and had about 8 slices per pizza which was enough for 6 kids and 2 adults. Wished they would have left the surfing open longer because by the time we were able to make it in line they told us they had already shut it down. But had like 5 kids still waiting, so we had to leave the line. It was only open for like and hour.
