I had visited, there to book a bike but staff was not helpful at all we sited there and awaiting and call the staff but they are buzy in a chit chat, it’s understandable that you have lots of customers visited at a time but there are limited staff still they behaved like that my suggesting that instead of Aditya hero you can search for other options.

Aditya motor is the place which I recommend to you guys for purchasing your two wheelers and not recommending for exchanging the vehicle they give very low cost of the vehicle I will suggest that sell it to needed PPL or other dealers. While the experience was so good while purchasing the vehicle(destini, Himalayan)

Poor workmanship. Post sale service are pathetic. Negligence in work. Problem are not resolved by manager or workmen. Quality of spare parts are just horrible and reasons provided for poor quality by Manger is more horrible. They only care about getting money and putting oil. Just it. If possible pls avoid.

Yesterday I brought Hero Xpulse 4V From Aditya Hero service to customers is good here. They were very responsive to me specifically Mr. Mohammad Mohin Sir I visited near by all showroom of Hero but other didn't have much vehicles available in showroom. Thank you so much Mr. Mohammad Mohin Sir

Worst Experience Ever. Bought HF Deluxe and from the first day the Tail Light and the Battery was not working properly. On compliant the tail light was rectified and they kept the battery for 2 months with them assuring to replace it. After 2 months they told that the battery warrantee is over and cannot replace. I am wondering how within 6 months of purchase the battery warrantee is over. Further, within 1 and half years of purchase the bike has shown problems of Kick Slippage, Accelerator and Clutch Wire Breakage, Chain Set issues etc. Also, the after sales service is very poor. I am giving 1 star as I have to post this review. But they are not eligible to get even 1 star.

Nice place for servicing and updating your bike. The behavior is professional and those guys give proper time line.

Much of tools and stuffs on advanced biking level, however, are not available. Do you may get here for a convenient servicing point or basic repairs if you own a regular Hero Bike.

Very poor response from the employee. As I entered the showroom no one was there to attend no one is bothered that some one has come they will behave like they are very busy and they didn't notice you. After waiting for five minutes I asked one of the employees who was standing nearby about the davinson 440x but he was not having any interest in answering the quarry. Finally a lady at reception had bothered on me and she took my number and told she will call once it becomes available in showroom.
