This theatre is a lot of fun. We've been here twice for Clue and Peter Pan Goes Wrong. The seats are really good no matter where you sit. We were in the upper balcony both times. There is a paided designated parking garage under the theater. Both times, we didn't have trouble getting a spot. There is handicap parking. They have escalators and elevators for those who can't take stairs. There is a nice area in front of the theatre with tables and chairs if you want to sit for a bit. There are also some places out front that sell food and drinks and an interesting water fountain. Inside the theatre, they sell drinks. The theatre itself also has elevators to go to the upper levels. The bathrooms are a little hard to find because you have to go through so many doors, but they are clean and handicap accessible. It truly was a fun theatre to visit multiple times. Would 100% visit again.

First time here, such a breeze to get in and out. Felt like a safe area, not very many homeless in this exact location. Lots of museums walking distance from this area, but otherwise just the theaters to attend. Parking was very fair, large garage, very easy to get in and out, lots of parking. I do not advise any lifted vehicles parking is only 6’ high. Escalators take you up and down but you come out right at the doors of the playhouse. Highly recommend and would return. Very clean, modern. Good views from the back/top, good sound. Great show. Saw Clue and highly recommend. Friendly helpful staff throughout.

A beautiful modern theater with lots of seating and everybody gets a good seat.
We went to see Clue, which was fun and entertaining. The crowd was really into it clapping when the characters would enter the stage. It was a little over the top but a lot of fun.
After reserves a free outdoor concert and the crowd is so chill and vibin.
Underground parking was only 10 bucks.
No homeless. Very clean. Beautiful fountains across the street that we walked over to to get a couple of nighttime shots.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful theater with comfortable seating, easy parking and wonderful staff. There is no dress code which was nice on a 100 degree summer day.

We have seen a couple of shows here and the last one was Clue. The actors were hilarious!

Went to see A Strange Loop last night at the Ahmanson Theater. What a great venue! And located next to another performance hall with great common areas all around to mingle and people watch. Loved this place!!

Love this theatre, every seat is a good seat. I saw Clue this last time there and it was hilarious and fast paced, just like the movie with brilliant set design and perfect choreography. Another great performance at the Ahmanson ?

I've visited the Ahmanson more times than I can even remember. It's one of my favorite places to see theater. Every year they curate a fantastic selection of shows. While some are better than others, I've never been disappointed in a selection. There's really not a bad seat in the house and I've sat all around the theater. The staff is without fail always a pleasure to deal with. If you're on the fence about seeing a performance there, go do it. You won't regret it.

My only negative would be that the drinks are overpriced even for a theater. Drop the cocktail prices by like 2 dollars and it would be perfect.
