This AMC is fairly large and outfitted with IMAX and Dolby theaters. The theater was clean and the lobby was well organized.

The food of course is way over priced but it's a movie theater, everyone should know that going in. An approvement is they use self service soda so you can at least refill after paying with your first born child to get a small drink.

The seats in the Dolby theater are reserved online so you don't have to get there early to get the seat you want. The seats are in pairs and recline nicely. The stadium seating allows for no one to block your view.

I love it here. There so much to offer here from the movie there to the many eateries and most of all the beauty Cranes park right there for everyone to enjoy. I ts a wonderful place to plan your weekend. Bri g friends and family. You'll be sure to have a good time.

I enjoyed seeing Smile2 here last night! A lot of open registers to buy tickets outside if need be, many people scanning QR tickets when purchased online for faster entry and about 5 cashiers for concession snacks. The theater was HUGE with clean, comfortable recliners. If you go, view in Dolby, you won’t regret it!

Had a great time on April 22nd, Earth Day at the 75+ cities super screening of Common Ground, the award winning movie.

Plenty of parking on the adjacent lot or the multi-story parking garage. Easy access from several major highways, especially I95, the Florida Turnpike or Beachline Expressway. Altamonte Mall remains a lovely place to shop or attend a movie.

2 movies in a row I reserved seats months in advance so that I can get great seats for some of my favorite films. When I arrived at the theater the seats I reserved don’t physically exist in the theater. D7 and D8 don’t exist in the theater that they last minute moved my seat to.

Had sit way off to the side even though I reserved seats ahead of time.

Was told I was not allowed to get a refund.

Tall male manager was extremely rude

Went to go see a movie last night at this theatre and there was man sleeping on the floor of the aisle ( room 8 ) in the seats directly behind us. He had a friend with him who clearly looked disheveled as well. Both had no shoes on. Luckily the theatre was mostly empty so we moved seats after I had do deal with him snoring loudly and moving around jostling my seat several times . At one point he went to get up grabbing the back of my seat and touching my head to which I turned around appalled that he didn’t offer an apology and could see he was completely out of it ! This was all before the movie even began so they had clearly been there quite a while. I am not sure if AMC is now allowing the homeless to camp out in their theatres but as a woman I am so glad I did not come here alone ! With paying almost $50 in tickets and about the same in snack/drinks I would expect that I would not have to watch a movie in this environment. Movie goers please be aware !

Only $5 plus tax for a weekday matinee in 2023? "Yes, please, I'll take that!" AMC theatres here are clean, spacious & well organized. All the employees I dealt with were smiling & courteous. And parking was easy & free. // While some reviewers complain about the seats, I found mine comfortable & clean. They are cloth-covered & not the super plush faux-leather reclining seats found at more modern cinemas. But they are more than adequate. I look forward to returning.
