I cannot say enough about Arbor Atelier. I have used them for two major projects and a single smaller project, and the results were out of this world. From start to finish, Kathryn and Caleb have every single detail covered. As a designer, Kathryn helped me understand my own style. She then presented me options that ranged from safe to really daring. I saw shades of white come to life the way Kathryn paired them on walls and trim. Kathryn and Caleb guided me through every detail from the knobs to the trim to the type of under cabinet lighting. You will not find a better contractor designer duo ANYWHERE and I cannot recommend this firm strongly enough. CALL THEM TODAY!!!

We had work done by Caleb and his team in the summer of 2019, starting in June/July. The work they did met or basic needs. They took out a brick chimney and installed a gas fire place. We never really met with their "designer". Its disappointing to read other reviews and how hands on Caleb's team was with others. We felt more like a hassle than a client for most of the time. They hired many sub contractors to do projects within the whole job. We felt like they charged us as much as possible and hired the cheapest subs they could and kind of nickel and dimed us in terms of the initial estimate compared to final cost (thousands of dollars). One day I came home from work to find a random guy and his son painting the wall, couldn't help but think how much more that sub cost the final job. Excuse us for not having thousands to blow but the word budget seemed to turn them away from caring much more than doing the work and getting paid, promptly. Also 90% of the project was done in a month,June, and we never saw anyone again until September to finished the last bits. The work was a 3 the experience was a 1 so that's my basis for the rating. All said and done, spent thousands and they never even checked to see what we thought after but that's how it goes after checks get cashed. Dave, the project manager Caleb delegated to us was nice.

End of day, the original quote was $12k, and they milked me for $5k extra for total cost of $17k. Read the contract because it allowed for changes and up charges in their end and not many ways out on our end. I would suggest you ask them for a quote when the stipulation of "will not exceed". I would not do business with these people again.

I could not be happier with my experience with Arbor Atelier. They are top notch in every way. Their communication and customer service was fantastic! All the workers were very professional and stuck to the schedule to get everything done in good order and minimal time. I love my new kitchen and ESPECIALLY the 6 new floating shelves. I was very particular how I wanted the shelves to be and they did it all exactly as I was hoping, beyond my expectations. And they matched the color of the shelves PERFECTLY to my other existing cupboards. And the coolest thing was how they had the shelves custom built for me with these amazing hidden recessed LED counter lights installed on the lower shelves. They just did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job. And we were so impressed with how the shelves they removed from my kitchen and had re-installed in our garage, they were able to fill in the gaps and make it all look seemless. I love how precise they are and their attention to detail. Any time I had any concern at all, they were quick to respond and deal with all my questions. I am so glad I found them and I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs any remodeling work done in their home.

Highly recommend Caleb and his team at Arbor Atelier for general contractor services. They recently completed a remodeling project for our home, they were trustworthy, quick, attentive and made us comfortable as possible during the repair and process. The company is well managed and Caleb (co-owner) was heavily involved during the entire project. Any additional work identified that was not included in the estimate was immediately noted and discussed prior to any additional work and cost. They are great people to work with and will trust them with our future home repair needs.

I highly recommend Caleb and the Arbor Atelier team. We had an extensive remodel: Kitchen and Bath (which ultimately included electrical and structural elements). Caleb worked with us extensively on our wish list and came up with a construction plan that met our budget. Construction can be messy, and a whole home remodel can be mind boggling. Caleb walked us through every process, permit, sub contractor and communicated quickly and efficiently with email, text and their co-construct software. Caleb addressed changes, updates, and schedule fluctuations with promptness and professionalism. The Arbor Atelier team was easy to work with, had accurate timelines and completed the work with craftmanship we are proud to showcase to our friends and family. Arbor Atelier did a great job adding exterior gable trim to our home. Caleb was professional, timely and helpful from the first site visit through project completion. Kathryn handled billing and communications promptly and with customer focus. The team even saved us money through efficiencies during construction. Highly recommend!

Caleb and the team at Arbor Atelier took great care of us. We had them install timber columns on our front porch and timber accents in the eaves, along with decorative metal plates. They were very easy to work from start to finish and they do great work. We had a couple delays due to weather and a request for building permit from my HOA, but they were able to flex and adjust without issues. I will definitely be going back to Arbor Atelier for future projects.
